Honestly experience and multiple trips here at the Grand River Shopping outlet complex. I find is very clean an restrooms very maintained. The complex has various family fun activities like a Drive Theatre, mini golf an other various options for shopping a day to spend at the complex to get out of the house for a few hours. As my review since this place is both a shopping complex & food outlet, very spacious an clean. Only draw back is the prices of the food outlet. My final verdict review.... PRICE of FoodCourt: $$ & 1/2 PRO: Very clean, all employees are dressed fashionably upon dress code, great constant security, vast eating area, great food, etc CON: Price only is the only draw back, being a tad expensive, but as the facility is shopping complex the price gouges are expected. ______________________ PRICE of ShoppingCenters: $$ PRO: Clean, great security, wonderful options, all store employees few shops Ive visited passing by or shopping inside all were very eager an friendly feeling very welcomed. CON: The shopping complex though very maintained an beautiful, it feels very empty.

Nice outlet mall. Outlets arent something I visit often, but I do know that this one is nice, with a good variety of shopping. Since outlets are pretty much an outdoor thing, its awesome that Grand River accommodates with a large covered area with plenty of seating and an actual food court. How cool is that?! Upon my last visit, they also had (wish I remembered the name) animals that you could rent for your kids to ride around the outdoor area on. Like atvs for kids, but a lot slower and animal shaped lol. Keep in mind that even though these are outlets, they do still have sales and clearance racks... this is where the savings are really worth it! Especially with stores that are higher end and their "outlet prices" are still expensive :) If you plan to swing out that way often... for any stores that you make purchases, give your email address because the "factory/outlet" coupons you get are far better than normal sale weekend/coupons etc... at least in my experience. All in all... cool place!

I live a mile from the outlet stores in Leeds a dream come true for a Nike fanatic like myself. Ive spent more time and money in this store than any store ever. Literally have 40-50 pair of Nikes from this store by itself, Im known and named by first name basis normally when I arrive every time. Tonight I had $150.00 worth of gift cards burning a hole in my pocket and was willing to burn it all at my all time favorite store but instead the customer service was pure garbage. The staff had put an incorrect sales tag on a pair of shoes and would not honor it!!!!!! I could not believe it after all this time and loyalty to this one store. I put everything I had in my hands back up and told them they could keep it all. I will never be back to grand river and definitely not to the Nike Outlet. Ill gladly swap to Adidas from now on!

First visit to your area for shopping a few things while traveling. Enjoyed the scenery and the details for Audubon. Greatly benefit information on site location from the outside direct. Maybe I missed a primary site location. I came in from I-20W and 78 and parked on this side of the Ralph Laurens. Bit of a walk back. Didnt see any parking lettering. I just know youll have senior parking carts and rest in a shade. I have to say it reminded me of six flags. I was thrilled when I found out about Hanes.Time permits I will be back. Could easily see dinner and movie after shopping and a cooler drink to head home or back to hotel before sleep. Great idea area. Vacation day for you guys.

We took two car loads (including children) to the Coyote Drive-in. Its fun if you get there early you can find a good spot (like good seating), and then go roam the shopping mall thats attached. The drive-in provides an awesome restaurant and bar, but you can also go to the food court for more variety. They show a double feature on four different screens, and during intermission you can use their large and very clean facilities or use the individual ones on the side. The concession area stays open late in case youre hungry during intermission. They are still developing so mind their progress.

Meh. Whatever. And hope you like to walk, because this is one confusing maze (that also channels freezing wind in the winter). Lousy design and mediocre stores featuring employees with high-end retail store attitudes. Polo always looks consistently like a war zone nightmare. Seriously, check it out! Looks that way every time Ive been! Also, plan ahead to find and get all the freakin way to the MISERABLE mens room. Seriously, plan ahead. Small, doesnt function well, nasty and completely out of the way and down a looong hall. Why? Why???

I like the Shops of grand River but Im not a huge fan. It presents itself as an outlet mall but I wouldnt categorize many of the shops as actually outlet stores. Their food court is fairly lacking and it seems like they have trouble keeping stores there and attracting a nice mix of businesses. They have however added a drive in movie theater and it looks like an H&M is on the horizon which Im VERY excited about. Ill visit again soon and update my review accordingly but for now its just alright.

Im really surprised to see so many people give this place excellent ratings. Almost begs the question if any of you have ever visited an outlet mall other than this one. The price are mostly not outlet prices. The stores suck! Banana Republic prices are so not outlet prices. The only two stores I shop are Ralph Lauren (good prices) and Coach. All the other stores remind me of the 1990s. Overall rating D-

The walking streets throughout remind me of European travel. The maintenance crew does an outstanding job of keeping the footpaths clean and the restrooms (ladies) tidy. Finding the right store is easy with well placed locators and there are so many to choose. Ive only eaten in the food court one time but it was tasty for fast-food dining. Ill definitely shop here again.

Nice open environment. Many stores are not really outlets, but very similar to what you would find in a standard shopping location as far as content and pricing. There are a few shops that cannot be found anywhere but here locally. I do wish they had expanded hours for holiday shopping, as I would like to have an extra hour or two to browse.

About the only reason I shop here is Hot Topic. Had unnerving experience in one of the stores with what appeared to be shady activities so I will shop Hot Topics but not much more. At least there employees are constantly walking around the store and watching whats going on in their store. I give Hot Topic a A plus!

They have added a four screen drive-in theater, a playground, a miniature golf course, video games and a large snack bar/bar which is great for families as well as couples and singles. There is something for everyone. You can take the family or a date and make a day of it ending with a movie! Great concept.

Great selection of stores for an outlet mall. Reconnecting with the terrific deals at VF makes the trip worthwhile on its own. Add a food court that doesnt price-gouge and an honest-to-goodness drive-in theater and you can easily lose an entire day here. The only drawback is is distance from anywhere else.
