I work in one of the attached office buildings, the staff at this mall is friendly but Simon seems to be putting less effort into this mall compared to the Fashion Mall up north. The convention crowds are keeping this place on life support. Also there is evidence of massive rent hikes that are forcing many businesses to leave. The food court needs more options. There are three of the same (Chinese like) restaurants owned by the same owner with different logos and names (Asian Chao, Cajun Grill, and Maki of Japan). These three restaurants serve the same food items with very slight variation. Also, nothing opens until 10 am. So anyone who serves breakfast or coffee is missing the breakfast rush in the morning. Starbucks, Panera Bread, and others outside the mall all have long lines in the morning, but Cinnabon, Hogandoz, Subway, The Walking Waffle and SkyMark 1 are not open until 10 am. Chic-fil-A opens at 9 am, but they must have had to pull some strings to get that done. These places are missing out on a very large target audience.

Inner city kids have ruined this mall and run a few stores out. Forever 21, H&M, Charlotte Russe, the newly expanded Nirvana, Finish Line, and a few others still remain great stops. The sales are constantly tempting! Francescas in this mall always has such a lovely selection of jewelry. The food court has a couple of vacancies. Very basic Taco Bell, Maki of Japan, Asian Chao, Sunway, and Chikfile are accompanied by a new and delicious waffle joint. The Arts Garden is attached to the mall near the north end and always proves to be a relaxing place to enjoy the sights of the city or host private events. 4th floor has an arcade, mini golf, and a theatre. The theatre offers reclining seats! Congestion can be a bother, especially during convention weeks, but the mall staff seems to be present more often than not. If they could get the kids and homeless people to stop hanging out inside, Im sure theyd see the return and success of other stores.

*sigh* Circle Centre Mall needs a lot of help! The mall has looked the same since the day it opened more than 22 years ago. It needs to be updated which Im sure would attract more companies to move in. The mall is becoming more and more empty. The great thing about this mall is that it connects to most major surrounding hotels, restaurants, and the convention center! The Arts Garden is a neat space to wander around. The bathrooms are always kept clean and there is a good selection of places to grab a quick bite to eat in the food court! The best store in this mall is Oakley, which is loacted on the 3rd floor. The movie theater on the 4th floor is awesome! It has recently been remodeled and has power leather recliners in all the auditoriums. This mall has great potential, but I feel like its being neglected.

This mall is a bit hidden. Well, not hidden, but I passed by it a couple times unsure what it exactly was. It wasnt until I saw a little sign that said, "Mall Entrance from the Street" that I figured out the building could help me waste some time before lunch. This was slightly better than the Fashion Mall at Keystone because they had more affordable stores for me. Forever 21, H&M, and Charlotte Russe kind of stores if youre wanting to spend some money. I wasnt looking for a mall, but I happen to stumble upon a nice distraction. Also, I want to say that it wasnt really busy on a Saturday morning. Now that I think about it, downtown itself was pretty quiet.

The mall was clean and the stores were varied. Food court had some great selections, including the first time Ive seen a Chick Fil A in a mall before. The only thing I found sort of boring was the fact that there was nothing particularly special about it. Usually some of the best malls in my opinion have open areas with things going on or at least something interesting to look at like a fountain. This mall is really just a long hallway. Still though, it has what you need and is connected to some killer hotels which is very convenient.

This is a large mall and its easy to get turned around for the unfamiliar. I love that it is interconnected with the Indiana Conference Center as well as landmarks like the State Capitol. The food court is nice but has little to offer those with food allergies. The corridors are narrow enough that you can easily get stuck behind slow people when youre in a hurry. Overall, it has a nice selection of stores but in my short time there I didnt find any familiar anchor stores. There was a connected theater, however.

This is a wonderful mall, featuring 4 stories of shops, food, and entertainment. Its nearly invisible from the street - the easiest entrance is either through the well-marked "mall parking" or the corners of Washington and Illinois. The mall is also part of an above ground "tunnel" through downtown Indy that lets you get around without being subject to the weather. Everything is connected to hotels and the convention center.

From the outside the mall looked rather small but once inside it was surprisingly big! Really liked the selection of stores (I went to Hot Topic, Payless, a Toy/Bookstore). The place was pretty clean though one of the escalators didnt work for the whole weekend I was in the area. The food selection is what youd expect however in terms of taste, some of it was lacking (had samples at the chinese food places)

A bit run down and the bathrooms need a good scrubbing and some minor repairs/tweaks, but beautiful architecture and great views from the windows. Loved the wide selection of stores; loved how much light there was. Bonus: the atrium with the art display and the view down the main street. Atrium gets four stars (would have gotten five if we could relax there for a bit and recharge our phones).

I only went to eat at PF Changs, but I ended up going to Tilt Studio. Tilt is an expensive, but fun arcade located on the fourth floor of the mall. There is a variety of stores in the mall and has an interesting layout. The cost of parking in the malls garage is $10. The food court is an awkward layout and there isnt a great variety of food, but plenty that surround the mall.

This mall is meh. Its downtown so thats pro but I feel like it doesnt have that great of a selection. I usually go here because its close, cant find what I want, and have to drive across town to go to another mall. I will say the malls clean and well laid out though. Parking is always easy to find and the security staff at the mall always seem nice and helpful.

Vending machine on 2nd floor has multiple drinks on each level with ALL THE SAME LABEL. Took me money. Not willing to spend 45 minutes hunting down a mall-worker, who will tell me to go to the mall main office, which is closed when I get there. The first worker I talked to told me that I should call my credit card company and they will take care of the $2.50.

Great mall in downtown Indy. Parking is quite fair if you stay under 4 or so hours, after which they assume youre using it for event parking and rates jack up. Food court has a bunch of options, several good sit down restaurants are on site, and the theater is super comfy. Fun place for an evening out with friends and family.
