Cell Image is selling counterfit products and guarantee. It caused our new $800 phone to be damaged. When confronted he told me he bought them from the asians and thats there problem. I asked for my money back, only $40, and he refused. So, I have made a police report, contacted the true company who sells the item, and will report to the other proper authorities as well as mall management. H e is selling plastic in place of tempered glass screen protectors and we had it verified that it is plastic. The name on the box says Zizo Bolt Case with tempered glass and the company has a certification for sellers. The company sells good products and Cell Image is ruining that reputation, not to mention its illegal!!!! I looked at another product of the same before confronting him and it also had the plastic cover inside. I would think Greenwood mall will investigate immediately because they cant allow fake products to be sold. We bought our Samsung plus 8 from the mall as well and if something is not done we will no longer shop at the mall because now we have to replace the whole phone because the merchandise was counterfit just 3 days after purchasing.

The mall itself is ok but the both across from build a bear thats another story. They sell flat irons. Well let me tell you they dont understand the meaning of DONT TOUCH MY HAIR !!!. They were showing me how well it works on my daughters hair. I had told the lady 3 times not to touch me an she didnt. The guy on the other had dont know what NO means. I had told him several times not to touch my hair. I wasnt paying attention to what he was doing until it was to late. He grab a section of my curly hair an ran a comb threw it an then flat ironed it. The rest of my hair was curly. In sorry but thats not something you do to a person that has curly hair. I was about 45 mins from my home so its not like I could have ran home an fixed it. My girls day out with my daughter was ruined by this man. I wont be going back unless my husband or sons are with us for the safety factor. I feel like I was violated by this man.

I was there last weekend and I was ready to purchase my first vehicle. The salesman, John, was nice and knew a lot of features with the car I was looking at (2016 Jeep Renegade). He was a little unconventional at times and told me to step on the accelerator. Im not one where I like to gun it so I wasnt really into that. There were also other times during the test drive he wanted to show me features that would cause me to not look at the road. I dont like those types of distractions so I wasnt too pleased with that. After the test drive when we were crunching numbers, they came out with a price that was way too high, especially since I had a Friends and Family discount. I dont think they were calculating the discount correctly and they wouldnt budge in negotiating. Their loss though because I purchased exactly what I wanted at a dealership closer to home.

This mall is racist. My mother and I went into Andrew Jewelers to make a purchase. The associates were huddle together chatting. They saw us as we came in but did not greet. My mother, being oblivious, went on to the counter she was looking for. We stood at this counter for five minutes or more and not one associate assisted us. As soon as a blonde hair woman came into the store they immediately greeted her. At that time an associate came to assist us. I told my mother in a stern voice, directed at the associate, not to waste her money here. Afterwards we left. If this mall does not want "my kind" to shop there then I will gladly go elsewhere. Have not been to this racist establishment since.

You guys remodeled the play area... Not a fan!!!! Today I watched a child wonder to the electric car rides and the mother didnt even notice her son was gone because she was on her phone. Yes I know parents need to watch their kids but they dont! SAD!!! Also, the foam building blocks are a good idea but they will fall apart easily and not very sanitary. Everything (climbing) else is good just wish it was enclosed. I do love the Simon Malls Kidgits program! (Its FREE) It allows your child to participate in monthly activities at the mall and every time you visit your child can spin the wheel for a prize! Overall, I feel secure. Theres a lot of parking. (holidays are insane)

Its a shame that this mall has been overtaken by degenerates from Indy. Most people classify it as being on the southside of Indy whereas it once was simply the Greenwood Park Mall. I see all the lovefest reviews about this place and wonder who the hell these people are. But I guess when you live in a cesspool like indy anything else seems better. Selection of retailers is low. You have a dozen of the same kind of store. The employees ate rude and not friendly at all. Definitely adopting the attitudes of the indy customers. Lastly the prices are steep, once again reflective of their now urban status. Avoid this mall and drive to the college mall in Bloomington.

The Greenwood Park Mall is a good place to shop for anything and everything. From baby clothes and items to upscale furniture and personal gear. Surprisingly the crowds are perfect for this size mall. This place is not to crowded and the people are really not rude. The food court has a great selection of ethnic and on-the-go foods and when youre finished grabbing a bite to eat you can stroll over to the AT&T Store to check out the newest Apple and Android electronics. Greenwood Park Mall is just a great place to shop and hangout.

Great mall! Free concerts on Summer Thursdays. However, some strange citizens... An old man (about 70) tried to pick a fight with me because he accused me of cutting him in line at Starbucks. My wife was in front of him in line, and she asked for my help with her order. I was attending our daughter at a nearby table. I tried to explain to the man, but he slapped my hand and told me to get lost. After he was done with his order, he put his hand on my shoulder, and said "no hard feelings"... People need to control themselves.

Great mall that Ive been going to for years. My only recent complaint is that security has begun harassing individuals for no reason. Incessantly picking on teens for non-disrupting behavior, berating older adults for closing their eyes while sitting in front of stores waiting on family, not quieting loud individuals. Its very annoying and degrading. You are security officers, not mothers to every individual in the mall. Its disgusting, stop bothering consumers because you want your badge to seem shinier.

The inside of the mall is kept very clean, but the out side/parking lots are rediculous. Trash blowing everywhere, the cart corals look like a dumpster. All the carts are tied together and FILLED WITH TRASH. I know part of this responsibility falls on its customers but ultimately its is the malls job to tend to this. Was there for work and very disappointed that the issues was there saturday. And then when i returned Sunday morning expecting that it would of been resolved, and it had only gotten worse.
