This mall is ok. One thing I want to mention is this mall does have a train that goes around and with it being single story it angers alot of people because the person driving it expects everyone to move out of the way but this mall gets so packed that alot of people are walking up and down the mall that you expect your customers to move when it blairs it whistle I have even seen it go by with no kids in it and all its doing is disrupting traffic flow in the mall its nothing but a hazard. Secondly I am tired of all the mall kiosk sales people. The worst ones being the skin care sales. People just want to get to the store they are heading to so they can get what they need and go we dont need people constantly walking up to us, in front of us, put our hand in our face saying sir sir look at this excuse me sir you look like you can use this. No I am not interested in fact your causing people to feel uncomfortable and leave.

This is definitely the best mall in the area. Ive personally gone to many malls around the world and for the area, this is the best. Parking can get quite packed but it is not difficult to navigate. There is a lane which goes around the entire perimeter of the mall so you can always drive on this to find an open spot. If you have an electric vehicle like me, there are multiple Tesla charging stations (and Ive never seen more than 2 Teslas charging at one time!). Also, there are a couple of Blink chargers on the other side of the mall but theyre often blocked off by gas vehicles. Theyre not really marked well so many dont notice theyre charging station. However, the mall is very diverse and indoors as well. My son and I usually go here to relax after going to church. We absolutely enjoy the play area and going to the high-quality restaurants they have.

I like our Mall. Its the only one we have, and yeah sometimes its nice to be able to venture through a bunch of stores quickly. But that is rare. I use the mall to peruse with other people who are doing their shopping. Occasionally we stop at the food court and the Starbucks is conveniently located on the stretch. Other then that, I generally only use the outward facing stores you can reach directly from the parking lot. Five guys, Granite City, Bar Louie, and Barnes and Noble.... Thats about the value I personally find at this mall. My wife and sister like Sephora and.... I forget the other one but its the store neighboring Barnes and Noble on the south side (also a makeup location).

My boyfriend and I recently went and when we were walking around a vendor stopped us trying to sell us some kind of face cream. We denied him and he walked in front of our path basically begging us. We declined again and walked away. We went to the bubble tea stand they were awesome. Good food awesome service. We came back through same vendor stopped us said wheres my drink? After being rude the first time. Then told us our faces were ugly and our skin was ugly. I walked away and he kept my bf back to tell him again this cream will make our faces better looking. We wanted a relaxing day after a bad weekend. But this guy ruined it.

Land locked because of the Toll road, SR 23, Grape Rd, terrible design, traffic, parking The SIMON mall property owners discriminate against law abiding citizens that have a CCW, the mall "security" tattle on you to the SBPD. There have been lots of "face" improvements for the look, but still the same management runs it, the food court cant keep up with real restaurants, The mall kiosk people are EXTREMELY HANDSY, especially the ones near Victorias Secret, lots of scrupulous characters in mall management, security, I do not like coming here at all, I usually hit up sears and Spencers,

Compared to the dead mall from my hometown, this place is very nice. There are many well known stores and lots of people. I noticed at least one store space empty. I just hope the mall doesnt close for some years. Its more and more clear that online shopping takes away a lot of business in malls since people dont have to go there physically. Online shopping often has more options than a mall store might. Malls are nice to go to, but nowadays a Walmart alone can replace a mall. There isnt as much incentive to go to a mall other than the activity of doing so being a norm.

So my son, his cousins and friends wanted to go to the mall and shop. We went inside other stores shopping around while they ate. Suddenly they called our cellphones saying that the mall security workers kept following them around. We spoke with the Security workers because our kids wasnt being a disturbance, they wasnt being rude they was just socializing and eating. We was told if its "6" boys and they were without adults, thats Simons policy, cant be more than 3 under 18 children in a group without an adult. Sign wasnt posted anywhere visible to me.

Its not a very big mall. The options for stores is not very big and only okay. The major downside of the small is the amount of kiosks they have crammed into a small space and the people at the kiosks are constantly pestering people as they pass every time you walk by No Holds no-holds-barred its obnoxious in the mall has done nothing to moderate the amount of kiosks that they have in their Mall not to mention when they display cars in the middle of them all it cuts down on walking space so then its like body to body on a busy Saturday.

The Wi-Fi signal here is pretty good I use it for Lyft Im a Lyft driver and I go there to get calls I usually get three to four calls and I usually get them within 30 minutes of being there so its a pretty good place to wait if youre a Lyft driver. Everyone needs to use lift they are an excellent company doesnt charge much to get you where youre going and the drivers are cool and we all have clean cars nice cars and well get you where you going as quickly and safely as possible

Very nice mall!! Thank you for all of the handicapped parking spots!!! And for the scooter rental!! But you need more scooters!! A lot of great stores to shop!! And great kiosks!! Friendly security service! Charging stations for your phone is a huge plus!! Food court is usually very nice and clean. Bathrooms are clean, but only one handicapped stall and doesnt fit a wheelchair into it. All and all, great mall!! We always go back!!

The mall itself is clean and has everything you could ask for, except easily accessible public restrooms. Also, the mall technically closed while we were still checking out, we got to the parking lot at about 5 minutes after closing and the parking lot lights were all shut off. If I had been alone or was an employee who needed to leave after closing Id definitely ask for an escort to my car, it was super dark.

Clean enough and a nice food court (I even like Barnes & Noble) but I bought and returned defective shoes at one of the supposedly better shoe stores until they wouldnt let me return again, then I bought tennis shoes at another little shoe store for twice the money that the same shoes cost across the street in benton harbor, as I discovered a few months later. Also everyone says my tennis shoes arent pretty.
