The staff is not very knowledgable when it comes to game systems and games. They price they want to give you for items you sell is a joke, I can understand the fact you are trying to run a business but dont insult me. If you are trying to sell something youll get way more value on craigslist or hell even a pawn shop as stupid as that sounds. 13 year old kids may like this place, but if you know anything about value of items this is not the place for you.

They forgot to put one if the games in the case. They also didnt wipe the memory from the game system I bought. Thats a security risk. I had to buy a separate piece they didnt include. I have to wait 7 hours for the system to reset.

Prices on things are hit or miss, the games and movies seem barely organized, and they give you barely anything compared to what they sell items they buy from you. (30% sale value as cash is what I was offered).

Previously bought electronic and when I came to resell it they didnt take it due to a defect that was originally on it when I bought it from them. Claimed it was a "mistake" to sell it to me with the defect.

I have found some good deals in here recently. a couple $60 games for $30. If you know your prices you will be fine. Just dont try and sell them games. Ebay is ALWAYS the way to go to sell valuable games.

Of course I love this place. Cheap movies and games. Buy 5 movies get the 6th free? What could be better? I usually spend no less than $20 here, and leave with 6 movies. What could be a better deal??
