7/30/16 I go in this store today looking to buy a Nintendo 64 but unfortunately it was sold to me defective. I bought it, took it home to set it up & my boyfriend realized the reset button was stuck. When I go to return it about 3 hrs later, the guy (dont know his name) even asked why had it been sold to me because it wasnt supposed to even be sold because it was listed as defective in the store...so the original cashier who sold it to me (young lady with purplish hair; dont know her name) goes to do a refund...FOR STORE CREDIT...I told her absolutely not; when I had only owned it for a little over 3 hrs before I returned it back to the store. Then the purple haired girl even tried to point it out to me (in what I felt was a slightly rude way) that on the receipt they only did exchange or store credit. So I explained to her (in a slightly rude way) that the other guy said it wasnt even supposed to be sold so technically they werent even supposed to have my money. All in all they had what I wanted which was a plus but trying to return my money in store credit when I was sold a defective item didnt sit well with me. Just be sure to check that the item ACTUALLY works before you cash out.

New location feels more open, less claustrophobic, the guys and gals behind the counter are VERY helpful and have great attitudes; either they REALLY like being there or they are 100% excellent at faking it, and if you cant tell the difference I guess thats all that matters. Theyve got a great, affordable disc repair service they offer there that makes your disc-based media look pretty much good as new. Solid selection of Blurays, new and vintage games, electronic accessories and Surge in a fridge, if youre into kidney failure (Would visit more often if they had blue-bottle Bawls!), sweet posters lining the walls, pretty much everything you need to lock yourself behind your bedroom door and slowly rot in a consumerism-driven coma. Of course I approve. TENOUTTATEN Im grabbing a sack of Blurays and random DVDs to trade in there right now.

Employees are not trained correctly to handle high tense situations. 0 customer service. "Sorry, theres nothing I can do." is by far the worst thing you can say to a customer. If a customer calls and asks for a price quote on trades, only to show up the same day and be told my items are worth 75% less than what I was quoted on the phone...theres something missing here. I drove 30 minutes to this SPECIFIC store only to leave with disappointment, irritation, and no money. And the BEST part - ALL franchises. Even says "under new ownership so well buy it all! Buying blitz!!" So as a customer, Im powerless to attempt to make any change happen or speak to some in charge and explain to me why this happens.

Having worked here just recently, I can attest the store has a decent selection. It is spaced out wonderfully and often receives older Pokemon games at least a couple of times a week. This store also gives you a good deal for most of the products you might want to sell, with very few exceptions such as being overstocked. It is under much better management, and the two head supervisors are doing their very best to better the store for both efficiency and the customers. If you are looking to apply, I wouldnt recommend it. In my short two months there, false rumors were spread, and I was let go to hire cheaper work. The owner doesnt seem to have a good sense of ethics.

Great place to sell your unwanted dvds and blu-rays. They also buy used electronics like game consoles, handheld game devices, televisions, and vintage game cartridges. Resale values vary depending on condition of your items, and they do pay more for your items if you take in-store credit (as opposed to a cash pay out). The staff are very friendly and I understand that the store is under new management, so they are currently buying more products than usual. Highly recommended!

Guys at this specific location were very helpful! Took in some 360 games and gave me good store credit for them. Better than game stop ($2 per game). Will go back for more

Prices are meh, but selection is decent. Especially the ps2 stuff. Staff leaves something to be desired but not unfriendly.
