Went to a midnight exchange showed up a minute or two late. They said they had the registers closed down but I had already paid the game off. Was still turned around told the one in Montgomery would be open. Got to the one in Montgomery and they were just closing at around 1. Still didnt get the game however the one in Montgomery was in the right because it was 1. They sent an email out saying they would be open until 12:30 but seems they were packed up since around 12:10. Dont advertise for midnight releases if your not going to follow through with them.

The last several times I have went into the Wetumpka Gamestop, I have hated it. They are under a new management and it definitely shows. When I was in there the employees were unhelpful and unfriendly, I was treated as if I were below them. I have never been treated like that at a GS store before and I will never shop with them again. Do not waste your time at Wetumpka GS. The employees at the Milbrook and Eastchase locations are the exact opposite of the Wetumpka GS. If you are wanting friendly service, shop with them instead.

Great manager and great service. Knows all to know about any game. My only con is that they change the setup of the shop every couple of weeks so it gets confusing if you go about twice a month like myself. They also have a lot of merchandise and it goes on sale regularly so some great deals here and there. And easily the best place to get pop figures in Wetumpka then going to Montgomery

Everytime I have been to this GameStop, the employees have been extremely helpful. Their selection is pretty average for the size store they are - so theres nothing to complain about there. The staff was picked well - they are very knowledgeable about their products...including the items that arent exactly revolved around games. Way to go guys! Ill definitely be back.
