UPDATE: Will never visit this store again. Management doesnt understand you cant please everyone. Wont even mention the smell of alcohol Ive detected a few times from one of the owners before. Ive watched enough people come into this store and be unhappy because they cant sell their junk to the store. Aways threatening the employees when things dont go their way. Some employees treat this job as a hangout rather than a professional storefront. I watched a tall one buying products that dont work 100% or buying things for himself right in the shop. A number of the defective things Ive had to return were able to be traced back to said employee. Seems to bee a common theme so dont shop here if you want quality merchandise. The number of times if seen men cat-call or make rude unnessecary comments about the blue hair-ed woman justify the sometimes harsh exterior. Clearly management cares more about their online image than their employees. Shop here if you want to support an arrogant business owner who clearly does not take his finances into consideration, and his lack of sensitivity training. Just look at how Eric responds to some of the lower star reviews. Not to mention some of the most rude customers Ive seen who cant take no for an answer.

Holland store is better. Went in today because I was in the area and have had a great experience at the Holland store but sadly came to find that the customer service at this location is significantly worse. The long haired dude was pretty friendly but the blue haired chick acted like we were wasting her time and that she had better things to do than doing her job. The prices are about the same as Holland so thats a plus, but Ill definitely be sticking to the Holland store.

I would write a long review about how truly terrible this place is, and how the owner Eric takes a sub par experience and turns it into the worst experience ever. This place and its owner dont deserve anymore of my time. This place is trash, the owner is trash, and Id rather burn my CDs or myself before stepping back through your doors! Look through the your own comments and you will realize Im not far off⬇⬇⬇

Do NOT come here. I entered the store looking for some of my favorite music. Some weird looking man, who I assume was the owner, came up to my autistic child of color and spat on him. Right in front of my face!! I immediately put down the Kidz Bop CD I was about to purchase and rushed out the door. Terrible man, terrible store. I will, however, give a rating of 2 stars for the wide variety of Kidz Bop media.

I have always had a great time here! Plenty of video games to be found both new and retro! Its hard to say I dont find something cool every time Im here from classic collectibles to new games at a solid price! Beats Gamestop every single time! Theyve got a fair model for bringing items in as well as a buy 3 get the 4th one free deal! Tons of movies and music to choose from as well! Go check em out!

These people have horrible customer service skills. They talk down to people like they are stupid, regardless of how much business you give them. My family and I will NOT be back again and highly suggest if you dont want to be be spoken to like an idiot you find somewhere else to spend your hard earned money. I am very disappointed and disgusted by my latest experience at this store.

Well it was pretty good and stuff. Staff were knowledgeable, picked up some good LPs and a memory card for an original PlayStation. I bought multiple LPs so they gave me one for free, it was pretty awesome. I really wouldnt be able to find an old memory card like that anywhere else that I know of, especially at a good price. If you need anything gaming related they probably have it.

I come here quite a bit to find good deals for my classic gaming fix. I also visit the Holland location once in awhile. I find the Muskegon store to be a bit more organized, so I can find what I need quicker. Nick has always been very helpful, and good for video game conversation. He probably doesnt get paid enough for the enthusiasm that he brings to the job. Overall, great store!

Great experience with my latest visit there! They had everything I was looking for and gave me a very reasonable price for the stuff I was selling. Staff was so helpful and I would highly recommend going there for anyone looking to buy or sell any games, movies, or any type of music!

I stop in at least once a week. Everyone on staff has always been helpful, and have gone out of their way to help me. Prices on movies, games, and even system accessories Are great. Wont take scratched product, so Ive never had an issue with a disc. Recommend them to anyone I know.

I used to go to the Holland store with a great friend of mine. They always had great deals and great service. The same goes the Muskegon store. All the people are friendly and nice. Ive made new friends there and would recommend this place to anyone for classic and retro games!

Very knowledgeable & friendly staff ^_^ also has the biggest selection I could find in the area. I would NOT suggest exiting the parking lot onto Broadway though, driveway tore the exhaust and muffler clean off the bottom of my car.
