Bought a used PS3 controller from them and it was completely gummed up with crud, I didnt use it tell after my warranty was up so I couldnt bring it back. The button would literally push down and sometimes not even come back up. I took it apart and cleaned it , and you could tell it was clearly taken apart before and some inside parts were broken. I claim to test these before repackaging and selling them, but thats clearly it the case. Was disappointed in this transaction. Also I personally havent had an issue with employees, but have witnessed some interaction that were very rude and unprofessional. Have seen them talking down to customers as if since the customer doesnt know ever detail about a system or game they belittle them, try to make them feel dumb. Its was disturbing. In all I will probably stop going to this store.

Had a chance to visit The Gaming Warehouse today and wanted to share my experience! I was very impressed with how clean and organized the store was. They had a very good amount of retro games along with new games and other gaming merchandise. I bought 5 NES games and received 2 free. I also picked up a Sega Master System game CIB for $.49? Yes, under 50 cents. To leave a game store with 8 games that I didnt have for just over $22 was awesome. Pros, Below list prices on retro games Clean games Well displayed and easy to look through Amazing deals (Buy 5, get 2 free!?!) On used games Customer service Cons, Would like to see more locations, But with how well this place is ran, its worth the trip.

Great shop! Great Prices!(All games, even Retro.) Always nice and clean,The employees are relate-able and play Most if not all the games, So they understand where your coming from,Ive even had an employee tell me to NOT sell a cherished game of mine! I always come in here with my Fiance and she goes nuts digging through all the old games with me. and one note for Buyers, If you see a game there dont Hesitate! 99% of the time it wont be there and youll have a heartach as you wont see it again for a long, LONG time! I did that with Conker:Live and Reloaded! I came back the next day and it was gone and havent seen another since!

Worst customer service I have ever received. The guy I spoke with today "dan"the heavier set fellow with short hair and glasses who also claimed to be the manager which I find doubtful because no person in their right mind would hire someone who lacks basic soical skills only to be occompanied by a pompus manner. Belittled me and my boyfriend and we approached him with a good attitude along with smiles on our faces. Love the TGW hate this location,management needs to be reviewed and changed ASAP.

It has used games and systems its still worth the look because u never no whut thay get in some 1 got a turbografx 16 whent that fast its a great system give the place a try different verity of games all the way back to first xbox an playstation 2 games an saga genses games

One employee treated me terribly. I misunderstood the return policy and he fired back at me in a very rude and mean way. I was not mad that I couldnt return it I simply did not know and got a mean/hurtful response. I will never go back ever! And will not reccomend to others sadly :(

I am highly disappointed in the price of Junk you sell. I paid 9 dollars for a badly scratched game? be more proactive and buffer those before you sell. I will follow up for a resolution, and another review will follow on how it is handled.

Rude people. Was greeted by employee but that employee laughed when one of their magic gamers mocked my hair. Store employees were smoking & vaping, blocking front door access.
