EDIT 2/9/17: Ive spoken to the owner who was very concerned and listened to all of my feedback and is taking action regarding my complaints. Ladies, if you have ever felt like I described in my original review, please give TGW another chance. And if you ever feel like you arent being treated properly, please talk to the owner - Mike - as hes very receptive and does care about his customers. Knowing that this is being taken care of, I feel comfortable shopping here again and sending my own customers over as well. ORIGINAL REVIEW 2/5(ish)/17: Im hesitant to give this place a negative review because I used to work here way back and have great respect for the owner. Let me get into it though. The selection is fantastic, the store has come along way and every time that Ive gone in, I can usually find something pretty quickly that I want. My biggest issue is the customer service. In 2016, I visited exactly 5 times. I was greeted exactly 0 times. I was asked if I needed help 0 times. I was ignored when I initially asked for help 4 times. I will likely not return unless I start hearing that things are changing. I work at another game store now and I frequently have other female customers who now refuse to shop here at TGW because they feel they are completely ignored by staff, whether it be like my experience where were not greeted or where all conversation is directed towards whatever guy they may be with at the time. Its 2017. Gaming - video and otherwise - is not exclusively a male hobby. Nobody is asking for the staff to treat us specially, but a greeting and basic customer service would be nice. Please sit down with your employees and make them realize this. This place was too awesome back in the day to fall prey to this silliness.

Looks like Gaming Warehouse is off my list. I bought 40$ worth of gaming stuff last night. I have spent over 200+$ there. I know the people by name and they know mine. I tried to return a controller that was broken today without a receipt that I purchased last night to the same guy that sold it to me. He even said "welcome back" when I entered. He would not accept a return... OR A SWAP OUT!...... I was like "You know me. You even know I JUST bought this last night. I live literally around the corner and shop here all the time and you know that. I am not even asking for my money back... just a working controller if you got it. I am sure there is something you can do.".... NOPE. He answered by quoting their return policy and said if I dont like it I am "more then welcomed to leave." WTF? I wasnt mad or even expecting resistance at all. I left the broken controller on the counter and silently walked out keeping my rage inside. Knowing them, they will probably repackage/resell it to another victim and hopefully they will lose more customers because that is what they deserve. I understand policies and on the other token I understand what customer loyalty is. I also understand that this individual has all the power to override anything (I have seen him do it before for his "friends"). Asking me to leave was the dumbest thing that he could have done. I want all reading this to please genuinely consider never shopping at Gamers Warehouse. They will eventually get what they deserve.... a failed business.

I understand that its more of a card shop then anything else, what I dont understand is poor customer service! The workers spend most of the time talking to their magic buddies and Talos forbid if you walk up with a question. They act like youre an inconvenience. I simply asked if they had any kinects for Xbox one. His response *scoff and sigh* we dont carry used *goes back to conversation about magic* Get real guys, obviously I will not be back.

Great first experience stopping here. Lots of cool things from board games to video games. Regular Magic the Gathering events too. Picked up a bunch of funko pops while I was there. I was also impressed with the clean, well lit area. Very well laid out and upkeep seems to be a priority for them.

Great place for MTG, board games, and video games. Great owner, and great MTG event options and attendance with awesome regulars. However, some of the staff can be rude to non-regulars. Also, prices are a bit on the high side and have definitely gone up since I became a regular customer.

Went there to sell some games. They offered me $30 for 2 game boy sp consoles, 2 copies of fire red, an emerald and a sapphire. Anybody who knows anything knows that all that stuff is at the very least worth double that price. They really try to rip people off pretty hardcore there.

Great place for gamers decent prices, tons of selection of gsmes amd consoles. They have a good selections of board and card games aswell which is great, and they give good discounts occationally. They do hold Magic and other tournaments here, but Im not sure about the details.

Watch out. They sell used Cartridge Games either without testing them, or knowingly broken. They told us that cartridge games with dead batteries are still considered playable and therefore not defective. Saving your game is not considered important.

Fantastic service and atmosphere!! I dont understand some of the one star reviews, the service is excellent and the staff is very kind and knowledgable about MTG and gaming. Prices are a tad high but fair. My go to location for MTG and retro stuff!!

I like it here a lot, I would give a 5/5 but I feel that some of the prices of things are just a tad high compared to other game shops. I continue to go here though because the staff, cleanliness, and atmosphere is outstanding.

Knowledgeable staff and a wide variety of games make this place a hit. They have used video games, new board games, and many used and new Magic cards. They also host game nights and tournaments.

A nice change for collectible card shops. Clean atmosphere with lots of games. Not the cheapest prices in town. Nice selection of used video games.

Best place in town for magic the gathering. And have a very expansive game library. Only critique is that their prices are a little high.
