Just want to say i am very unhappy with this place i used to come here all the time and buy used nintendo 64 games and the worked great recently though my husband went in there and bought a xbox game that had a ring around it and wouldnt work he brought it back wanted to return it, he had the reciept and everything, the lady was rude and said he was probably the one that caused it by moving the xbox, well i recently bought a ps2 that also was in bad condition, found out today when i bought a ps2 game up there and tried playing it the ps2 heats up bad and wont read any of my discs. i really think you should check your stuff better before you sell it or your going to start losing customers, or at least let someone return the item for a different one instead of blaming it on them.

Same, as always, Buy five of anything get the sixth one free and its even stackable Im told! Was just in there the other day, they received a truck load of new types of merchandise, stuff was everywhere.,and I was in heaven What an awesome, unbelievable variety of incredible items to choose from! It was so overwhelming, I couldve stayed for hours. Action figures galore, you name it, they have it! Plush toys, coffee mugs, T-shirts, accessories, game systems, new games/ vintage games and systems, boardgames, collectibles, posters, tvs, phones, pads and pods, glasses and gadgets...etc! Oh yeah, by the way they carry movies too. Plus they buy and sell everything youve got.

Castleton, Greenwood, and East Washington have far superior customer service and product knowledge. Those three locations graciously give military a 10% discount. I assumed this location would as well, upon showing my military ID it was taken and shoved into the debit card chip reader and mistaken for a debit card. Out of the roughly 50 n64 games in stock, I only saw two that were good deals under market value. Everything else was right on or way over. The guy told me they didnt have any original Nintendo 64 controllers and then I ended up finding three by myself , by just looking over the counter. Definitely would recommend sticking to Castleton or Greenwood.

Excellant selection! Staff is a little detached from the customer. They have very inexpensive used games of every kind, but they charge way to much for Mario and Pokemon, after giving you nothing for the games you sell them, and they are almost deceitful in the buying process including NO receipt containing a rundown of what they bought from you and how much they paid.??????????????!! Be ready with I.D. and to sign your name about 4 times in one visit, and leave a thumbprint if you sell or trade. They no longer buy C.D.s, but they still advertise it.

Called to ask about prices on a rock band set I wanted to sell, telling the guy I wanted to make sure it was worth it before making the 20 minute drive. Packed up my car, made the trip all the way there. Employes watched me struggle to unload and carry it all inside. Get up to the counter and Im told theyre not taking any more sales today!!! Absolutely ridiculous.

So everything was crowed and smelled funny.So we saw a Roy plush and decided not to get then we changed our mind and we called to see if it were there and they said no. So we went back and low and behold there it was. So its a really disappointing that there that lazy not to walk just SIX feet to check and they dont sell Atari games.

This was terrible. They were awkward and very uneducated about everything. They gave me a PlayStation chat pad and tried to tell me it was for the XboxOne. So mad!!! Would never ask for help there again and would give 0 stars if it was an option.

Huge selection too bad all the workers are assholes. Me and my boyfriend each asked for help at the skylander character case which is directly in front of the cash registers and i kid you not they looked at me and walked away.
