I would not recommend getting a car from here I have had our Nissan Quest for about 4 months and I have had to put in a little over a grand into it already and Im not even done with everything that is wrong with it. On their website they stated there was nothing wrong with the car but as soon as we got in it the horn didnt work and the check engine light was on. While getting them to fix the horn they disconnected the battery then connected it again to get the service engine light off, then proceeded to tell us a crazy story on how some gas stations have bad fuel and that may be why the sensor is on. The car started going into slip mode recently so we took to a Nissan dealership who found 3 major problems and various other problems. The 3 major were the cam shaft sensor needed replaced, the radiator and radiator cap needed replaced, and the top engine mount needed replaced...again just those 3 things have cost me over a grand. When presented with the findings of the dealership and the receipts to what we have already spent they acted like they were going to reimburse us back some of our money, instead they tried to get us to get the parts from the dealership that we have ordered and offered to put them on for free. Of course I said no, why would I take my car to someone who didnt catch any of these problems with the inspection they did on the car when it first came to their lot, or didnt see any of this when they had my car all day fixing the horn. We had also referred a friend to them and as soon as they got their car they had to get a new battery. Their warranty is a joke if you even get one. Buy at your own risk.

I nearly passed this place up on my trip to look for a "new" used car. Its small, and it doesnt look like much from the outside. But there was a car on their website that I was interested in, so I went ahead. Sadly, that car had been purchased, but I had a look around anyway. Im glad I did. They are very friendly and personable. The salesman who helped me gave me some good advice and was very straightforward. I found a cute little 04 Neon. Since there were quite a few miles on it, I wasnt surprised when the timing belt went out, nor was I all that upset. The good news about it, though, was that my mechanic gave it a good check-up and said I got a very good and clean little car. So, I think its safe to say that UC Auto is a win. They have a fairly small inventory, but that can be a good thing. I guess you really cant judge a book by its cover.

Just purchased a Nissan Xterra. Ahmed and Alex, two of the salesmen, were very friendly, helpful and professional. I found the vehicle I wanted, took it to a Midas business, got it checked out and worked out a deal that I thought was fair. I was leery initially as I am when I approach any used car business about being "taken". I guess that is the suspicious part of me. What I found was they were in the business of selling cars, not in the business of trying to sell me something that was faulty. As always, keep your eyes open, have an open mind and get your vehicle checked by a mechanic before you negotiate.

This review is old, but needed to be told. I purchased a 2002 Nissan Maxima from these guys some years back while living in the Champaign area. Vehicle check engine light came on 2 miles out of the lot. I came back the next day and owner gave me the run around. Had me wait at his office for almost 3hrs without attending to me. Vehicle eventually cost me almost $1k for proper repair. These guys just reset the light, wash & clean, and hope it stays off long enough to test drive, get checked, purchased, and drive off the lot. Way to go ripping off a student.

Im really satifeid over a car i bought 4 years ago and it was a ram 2005 and those 4 years nothing has been going on with it no problem and i know that i can count on buying a car in this dealer becuase they make sure that a car is perfectly fine and theres no problems with any other car but i seggust to other people to buy cars from this dealer becuase they do very good besinses and they have good models and good years of car this dea;er is good and i like buying cars from here.

Over the years my wife and I have punched a total of six vehicles from these folks. A few of the reasons we keep going back they are extremely honest about the car or truck you are asking about, friendly, straight forward no bs with price (always bellow book value), and if you do have a problem with something they make sure its corrected in a timely manner! A great place to do business at and you can trust that after your purchase you will have safe travels!!

Called to discuss a car they had in stock. They wouldnt budge on the price even though an independent inspection noted a minimum of $750 worth of needed repairs, and $500 of that was to make it road worthy. They refused to even take my phone number. Not a good place to go if they are willing to sell you a $4000 car that isnt even safe to drive. I should have walked away as soon as the independent shop told me not to waste my time with UC Auto

Omg! I purchased a car from them today and I loved their customer service. I felt so welcomed as soon as I came in. They were very understanding to my situation. They were willing to work me as well. Their cars are very affordable and in good condition. If I was to get another car I would most definitely come back and consider one from UC auto in Urbana I.L. This was the best customer service I have ever received

Do Not Buy A Vehicle Here! This place is a joke. I spent over 7 grand on a jeep. Conditions upon buying the Jeep was my air conditioning unit would be fixed by them. The deal was not kept on their part. I spent over 2 grand getting the unit fixed. And about another 3 grand on repairs alone in just a short 3 month period! Im getting a lawyer. Please save yourselves the time and go anywhere else!

I am a single mom I always wanted to have a hammer H3 and alex and amed turned my dreams into reality after a great discount of more than 1,000 dolls I also got an excellent warranty, I give to uc auto an A plus also allowed me to take certify my car where I wanted to. thank you guys i love them if you want a great car I highly recommend,uc auto is the best from a single working mom

the dealer is great they give really great info about a car the cars dont have any problems. every car is a verry good model. they are a good year. verry good prices. good deals. verry kind people. no problems with any people that work there. theres never been bad deals with any of them. no cars have been bad. i recomen this dealer to people that want a good car.
