Customer Service beyond any!!! I own 2 businesses in Gatlinburg TN. I have the highest reviews in the country, so I know how important this is. Well, you all have absolutely blown me away with your customer service. Beginning with my 7 AM frantic phone call to Service answered by Kendra I believe. I was in a panic being on vacation with an interview that morning in Chicago and no car. I knew I had to get back to Gatlinburg the next day, but I was sure my car would take hours or even days to repair. Kendra was very helpful and just very sweet. She had Adam Bennett call me later to let me know my car was not there yet. I cannot say enough about Adam. He was the epitome of profession, compassion and reassurance. At one time he even said, I promise you, we will get your car here. After 3 failed attempts for a tow service, Adam put me in touch with his "guy". What a Gem!!! He could not get to my car with his truck either, so he strapped on his battery pack and hiked up the ramp into the garage and got to work. Within minutes, we were on our way to Toyota with the car. We were turned over into very capable hands with Faisal Haque. He immediately assured us that he would do everything in his power to get things moving very quickly for us as he knew we were on a very tight schedule. Now here is where I get Goosebumps. The amazing staff at Toyota Naperville spent a lot of their time helping me out. They could have called me and told me anything about what my car needed and I would have believed them and paid out thousands on the spot. But no....they called me 30 minutes after I entered the garage to tell me everything was perfect and my car was ready to go. They said as much as we would love for you to spend some money with us, your battery and everything else is in great shape. You owe us nothing. What???? Really? Wow. Honesty and integrity will get you a lot in this world. I will absolutely travel to see family when I buy my next vehicle in Naperville at Toyota. Thank you so much!!!! Megan Dolan Ownby
We purchase a used Toyota Camry a couple of weeks ago. I should point out a certified Camry. The warranty is great peace of mind and longer than many new car warranties. We bought a 2014 for our kids to drive and the car is awesome. The dealership only takes in beautiful cars and makes sure the are not only reliable but also brand new like in appearance. We all look for the best deal and I definitely did get it here. I did my research and looked at many different dealers, individual sellers and even rental companies. Nobody had a better price and none had a warranty like this. We all look for price and warranty first but most beneficial to me was the staff. Elizabeth was our salesperson. She is very knowledgeable and led us directly to what we wanted. They have so many vehicles to chose from so they were not trying to make something close work but rather got us the exact vehicle we wanted. I made the mistake of not buying it on spot though. I waited and came in the next day to buy it. The car was being sold as I walked in to buy. It broke my boys hearts. We had picked out features only available in a 2014 and a half model and wanted white. They found the same vehicle with less miles and got it in right away. We ended up with even a better deal due to their compassion and understanding of our situation. Too many businesses just worry about how much money they can make. This dealership worries more about how well they can service their customers. I know they could have sold the vehicle we bought for more money to someone else, but again the money part is not as important as the customer service. I suggest we all should consider the service, reputation and understanding the business shows over the price. Here you likely get it all though. I seriously think no need to shop around. Naperville Toyota will give you the best deal, best warranty, and the best service! Thank you Naperville Toyota.
Tim O Connell - Sales As soon as we got in the door Tim was there to help us out. He welcomed us and asked us what brought us in to the dealership. We told him we were thinking about the FJ Cruiser and he immediately showed us one that was in front. He took us for a test drive and answered all of our questions. After test driving, he sat down with us and asked us what he could do to help us take the car home. He listened and got us exactly what we wanted in buying the car. He wasnt pushy at all like other salesmen Ive had to deal with in he past. All in all he was a GREAT to work with. David, the guys who helped us with customizing the FJ was a pleasure to work with. He gave us a list on how much everything was going to cost and didnt make us feel like we had to buy do everything right at that second. He answered all of our questions and was helpful with the accessories that my Fiance wanted. A.J. - Finance. He was easy to work with and got us out quickly - even gave us some free pens! haha Eren - Aftermarket Sales A.J. introduced us to Eren because we were thinking about getting our remote start from a different reputable vendor and had an appointment already set up with Toyota to get ours done there. A.J. told her what we were planning and told her to show us possible options we could have since the vendor we were going to was less. The first thing she said to us was "You know if you go somewhere else your warranty is VOID right?" She explained that if anything happens we have to pay for what the other vendor did. Which was fine but the whole time she just had a stern face and the way she was speaking to us just seemed threatening. Threatening in a way that if we went with the other vendor it would not be good on our part. We were very put off by it. She also never gave us other options for the remote start. We decided to cancel our appointment with Toyota and go with the other vendor.
Honest and ethical people to do business with. I feel like I can trust Toyota of Naperville to do the right thing when so many other dealers would just tell you to go kick rocks. Their service department is just nothing short of amazing and my sales woman was one of the best Ive ever had the pleasure of working with! The purchase of my 2017 Toyota 86 could not have gone smoother. From start to finish I got a fair deal and was treated as a customer that mattered to them. This is so rare nowadays and it really just blew me away. Special shout outs go to Janine Turner, my Sales Associate. She was amazing through the entire process. You need a car? See her. Not once did I ever feel like I wasnt being taken care of and she sees the entire process through from start to finish. She was there every step of the way. Faisal in Service is another great person to recognize on this. He is fantastic. Best service advisor I have EVER had the pleasure to work and we became fast friends. He knows his stuff and is a car guy himself. He was honest and relentless in getting me taken care of on some things and for that I will always see him specifically. Corey back in the service area is also completely awesome. I dont trust people to work on my cars easily, but I would never have any hesitation with him. He knows his stuff and does quality work to say the least. He made the transition to my new 86 so easy! Finally I want to recognize Pat OBrien the GM. Easily one of the nicest guys I have EVER met. He was an integral part of the purchase of this car with me and I have absolutely no words to describe the respect I have for him. Toyota of Naperville is very fortunate to have him as a GM. He is kind, fair, and just emanates the very definition of a good human being. Thank you Toyota of Naperville! You have five stars for a reason and I hope you continue to prove that!
