Great customer service! Heather: a store manager that exceeded any expectations of ours. She assisted in purchasing a fridge, washer and dryer and she gave really great advice and opinions on products. Not too mention how she went above and beyond in helping us with our needy requests for layaway and financing. I heard she was moving Sears locations, and I wish I wouldve asked where she was header. The rest of the staff was also as great in helping us out.
