I used Appliance Marshall to repair our Scotsman Ice maker, it needed a part that he didnt have so he ordered it and told me when the part came in he would come back and put the part in at no charge. So I paid in full $400.00, (and agree with the other review, I thought his charges were high, but paid it) When he came back to install the part, he told me at the time that he wasnt an authorized Scotsman service rep but knew what he was doing. After he left the ice maker still didnt work. When I called him to come back he told me that "he lost money on our ice maker, and wont come back!" His unprofessional actions have proven to me that Appliance Marshall is a incompetent, disreputable, and a corrupt business.

Had Marshalls Appliance Repair come out and check my refrigerator and freezer. The water from the dispenser wasnt working properly and the ice machine was a little fritzy. The serviceman was super friendly and respectful. He even went the extra mile and gave me helpful tips on what to check if it happens again. Would definitely use and recommend them to anyone/everyone I know.

I had issues with my washer Marshal gave me choices to repair A few items and an option to buy one that was refurbished unit from his shop. He told me about the unit. This company is amazing!! Super helpful and HONEST. Marshall was able to come out and fix something within 20 minutes that another company had been unable to repair in 4 years with numerous trips. Plus, it was at a very fair price. I LOVE APPLIANCE MARSHALL! This company rocks!
