I will never shop at Home Depot again. After selecting 2 appliances that were available upon inquiry on Friday (6/30) afternoon, I had decided to buy a new Kitchen-Aid Fridge & Whirlpool Dishwasher from the Lake Geneva Home Depot. I returned to the LG store on Saturday (7/1) of the big HOLIDAY SALE weekend to finalize the sale, after shopping at Best Buy, Lyles, & Lowes. Appliance Salesman Andrew was nice enough, but now I have verified that he gave me bogus info about price matching the 11% rebate that was advertised & available down the road at Lowes. He printed off the "Get your 11% Match Rebate" form, & told me that the Lowes advertised promotion would be honored because I asked for it as a price match from their competitor to save more money. He said it was a well-advertised discount that Home Depot would match to get my business. The print-off reports that I had 30 days after purchase to file online & complete the rebate request. Of course I have learned now that the Lowes rebate will not work at the HomeDepot website, & would not be honored, even after calling & explaining to the Rebate REP that the store salesman, Andrew, said the competitors rebate would be honored. The telephone customer service REP said I should have verified that with a manager! DO NOT BELIEVE what the salesman tells you; no wonder that so many have a bad reputation... :-(

Absolutely disgusted with there customer service! I was inquiring about exchanging a $400 drill that worked all of one time. I asked to speak with a manager and apparently after a phone call was made to the manager in front of me he was too busy to even talk to me about my frustration . I am in the middle of remodeling my home and so far have spent well over $10,000 at this specific location and they will not see one more dime. No customer service and the management is a joke. Go to menards or Lowes they match every price and have excellent service and management might actually have time to have a conversation with you if you need them.

Went to rent a ditch witch and the guy in the tool rental dept. was a major arrogant jerk. Treated us like we were not welcome and a waste of his time. When we returned the ditch witch he turned his bad attitude to full blast, to the point we demanded the manager. My father in law was with us and he even lost his composure and demanded the manager. Would NEVER deal with that home Depot again. I would rather drive 30 minutes or more out of my way to go somewhere else than there.

I have called this place for 15 years, and the customer service sucks, they never answer the dept line so you waste time going there to find out they dont carry what you need, I think the purpose of the aprons they wear is to keep work off of them. You may spend a buck more but go to Dunn lumber, they have to worry about feeding their guys so the local customer service is there and they have an amazing tool rental dept

This place is the worst. On multiple occasions the staff has given me wrong information and directed me to the wrong product. The dont know what therere talking about. The other day I purchased a grill online for store pickup thinking it would be quicker. I waited all day to receive a notification that the pickup was ready and nothing. So I canceled the order to buy it elsewhere and they charged my account anyway.

Refinished my basement this winter and used home depot primarily for all material. As a tip to anyone starting a new peoject, sign up for a free pro membership to get great coupons. The staff at this location is great, Tom in plumbing gave me the confidence to do my plumbing job and checking out with Tina in the pro area is always a pleasure.

Worst store ever. Wrong delivery date, damaged product....3 times. Not one person knows anything about anything. When you call with a question , either there computers are down or you get transfered to every department. I think I was transferred to the janitor at one point. Great place if you need simple things like batteries.

I have never experienced the arrogance and down right hostility as I have from Bob, who I think is the store manager. Someone who obviously has no business interacting with customers. I will be taking my business to Menards, a store where everyone there knows the value of a customer.

Greeted immediately by a friendly employee who told me where to pick up my on-line order. Employee at service desk take care of me soon as he was done with another customer. Other employees were helpful also.
