I recently purchased a home that didnt have a washer and dryer or working kitchen appliances. I went to Al Grace so that I could buy locally. And there is where I met Becky, one of the sales associates. She was so helpful from the start of this process until the finish! My experience was outstanding! She worked so hard with me to get me the best deals and the best appliances to meet our needs. She helped answer every question I had along the way. We just had our appliances delivered, and I couldnt be happier. If you are in the market for new appliances, look no further. This is definitely the place to go. You will not be disappointed! Huge shout out to Rebecca!!!!! We went in today to buy a stove, washer, and dryer and as we pulled up Rebecca was in her car about to leave. She opened back up just so we could get what we needed!!!!!!!! She was able to answer any and every question we had on the spot!!!! Absolutely the most amazing customer service we have EVER received!!!!!! I would definitely recommend shopping here for appliances!!!!! Thank you Rebecca!!!!!

I would give it 0 stars for their horrible customer service. Bought a freezer that was supposed to be delivered for free. States right on the contract that its FREE delivery and haul away. Not only did they not deliver it today but they now I need to PAY for my delivery. Lindows is surely missed.
