This store has some of the least helpful employees. Answers given to questions I had about my phone were short, simple, and useless. They have no idea how to fix software or hardware issues with their phones, and try the most obvious fixes that any semi-knowledgeable cell user would know to do. They also never have all--or even the majority--of their phones on display. Not to mention the ridiculous prices they expect people to pay for a new phone. If you want to purchase a refurbished phone to save money, they might have about...5 you can choose from, each of which are over 2 years old, which we all know is ancient for a cellular device. The place has been recently remodeled, all thanks to the money that they practically steal out of their customers wallets! I am never going to a Sprint store again. As soon as my contract is up, I am out of here and onto a network with more friendly,reliable, and cheap services.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about the staff at this store, especially Nic. He was such a helpful person and he is so incredibly professional, you rarely encounter people like that any more. During the process of adding a line and porting a number over to a sprint phone, the person who does that over the phone completely messed it up and neither of us had a phone for almost 24 hours, but Nic stayed positive and the next day literally fixed everything for us! We will now only be going to the Lockport Sprint store for all of our phone needs!

Your employees suck at this location..Went in for advice on what to do with my sprint phone..The guy wouldnt touch my other phone because it wasnt sprint. No problem, I totally understand that. At least give me advice on what to do.. Couldnt get his name cause he was sitting down nice and cozy in his chair behind the desk. Just needs to realize, that all of us sprint customers pay his salary so that he is able to go and buy that $5 LA Looks hair gel to put in his hair looking like a dirt bag. Jerk...

The Sprint store in Lockport Ive been going there for years Ive had the phone with Sprint since I had the analog phone. The staff at Sprint Lockport are always nice to me then always giving me a good deal and my veterans discount and my daughters veterans discount and we are totally happy with the service and thanks to the people at Sprint store in Lockport they always take care of our needs and safety and were totally 100% satisfied thank God for Sprint and the people in Lockport store

Jake and Cristina were both extremely helpful! They brainstormed ideas with my fiancé and I about the best solution for getting me a new phone since my phone had been stolen. They took the time out to help us and find a solution that worked for us and were so patient and kind. I live in Chicago Ridge and I will continue to travel out here to see them. I cant thank them enough for their help and keeping me calm during my panic of not having my phone!! Go in and see them!!

I had gone to many different sprint stores and none of them could help me, even at the corporate store in Bolingbrook where I actually had the worst experience. And today I went to just make a payment at this location and walked out with a new phone and everything else resolved because the girl, Sara, was so so helpful and knowledgeable. Very helpful and patient, so glad I went to this location.

I stopped in this store the other day because my phone was acting up. Michelle was amazing. Not only did she fix the issues I was having but also explained why I was having them and what to do in the future to avoid the same problems. I would highly recommend this store and especially Michelle! Thank you for everything youve gained a customer for sure!

This Sprint store has extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff who are always willing to help in any way they can. There are always phenomenal deals available on many smartphones and tablets along with the accompanying plans. Highly recommended if youre in the market for a new cell carrier or if you have Sprint already and need any kind of help!

I live in Orland and instead of going to the Orland Sprint store I drive to this Lockport location. The customer service is always the best. Ive worked with all the employees there, each one is very knowledgeable & helpful with sales and technical issues. Definitely recommend this location !

Only spint store I will go to thats courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Even if Im by another sprint store outside of Lockport, I wait till the end of the day to go to this store. Ive been going to this store since they opened 10 years ago and never one complaint.
