Me and my husband visited Best Buy yesterday between the hours of 6 and 7p.m. I was shopping for a laser jet printer for my business. I looked around at the new tablets, then went over to the section with the new desktop computers. I was asked if I needed any help. I said I was just looking bcuz I was there specifically for a printer. I was talking to hubby about how I eventually wanted to upgrade our desktop computer at home to something with a bigger screen like the one we were looking at. After browsing for a bit, we headed over to the printers. We were trying to figure out which printers were laser and which ones were inkjet. I needed a specific printer with specific functions to help my business run smoother and really wanted the help bcuz I had questions. Still browsing no one comes over and ask us if we need help. We were in the printer section for like 15 minutes trying to figure out what we wanted to purchase. Since no one approached us, we decided to purchase a printer elsewhere so we left the printer section and went over to the CDs and movie section. I browsed for a couple minutes b4 someone came over and asked if I needed any help. I said nope just looking, so the gentleman went over to a computer near us and blared some loud music acting like he was doing something the entire time we were in that section. Hubby was getting irritated and wanted to leave the store. He was getting upset that I wanted to purchase anything from that store. So I bought 2 CDs. I only spent 12 dollars. As I was leaving, a lady looked like she was coming over to us but turned around and so we left. Hubby told me when we got to the car that he didnt want me to buy anything from that store cuz he was being followed by at least 3 people that is why he was irritated in the store. He also told me the lady that looked like she wanted to check our receipt changed her mind when she seen how irritated my husband was. I dont get treated like this when I am by myself so why do I get treated like this when I bring my husband. I needed his opinion and to help me make a decision on what features we wanted for our new printer. This isnt the first time. This is the reason people shop online cuz they are not judged. I really needed a printer right away. I told my husband that if I knew he was being followed, I would not have purchased anything from that store at all. You are not the only ones that sell CDs and I buy most of my electronics online anyway. Me and hubby went down the street to OFFICE MAX. It was a much better atmosphere. Someone helped us right away. The same printer we were thinking about buying at Best Buy was 40 dollars more at Office Max but we purchased it anyway bcuz of the service. He explained the different brands of printers, his personal experience, and showed us where to buy refills on toner, and mentioned the discounts on copy paper(which is a little higher than Wal Mart), but I bought it anyway cuz of how we were treated. He even answered additional questions my hubby had. I would never invest in Best Buy and would not encourage anyone else to either. Too bad Best Buy missed out on a $340 sale.

Best buy rescinded a credit card account that was in perfect standing and didnt notify me. Ive had this account for 2 years and always made my payments on time. They had no reason to do this. Im very disappointed in them and plan to let everyone know. Also, as I was walking in the doors on a windy day I lost my old receipt and an older blonde lady working the door gave me a dirty look and told me to pick it up, when it has flown away already and told me in a bitchy tone that I was littering. Im sorry I cant control the wind. Im very dissatisfied that, that was my first interaction when I walked in the door. Ive always frequented and I buy alot of stuff, but any company that hires employees that treat guests like that probably wont be frequented again.

My S7 is exactly 3 weeks old and the headphone Jack is malfunctioning. Best Buy wont do anything about it. Verizon wants to give me a refurbished phone, which I find criminal considering that its 3 weeks old. Apparently Samsung will repair it, but Id be without my phone for 7-10 days. That is unacceptable! I must have the phone for work. They ask why I didnt buy a warranty plan. I explain, "I chose a phone thats advertised with a guy pouring champagne on it! Its supposed to be heavy duty already! Keep in mind I actually havent even gotten it wet or dropped it yet. Its only 3 weeks old!" My point is, DONT DO BUSINESS WITH BEST BUY, VERIZON, OR SAMSUNG! ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE THEY HAVE YOU TRAPPED!

I have a vision impairment and needed a creative answer to my computer issues. Tom (Samsung guy) and Alex (computer guy) went to work on my problem, and now I have a 43"4k tv/monitor, a new laptop that connects to it, a stand-alone keyboard w/ Bluetooth and a ZOOM button (thats a godsend). Ive got a new mouse with a scroll wheel to enable easy zooming too. These 2 gentlemen were knowledgeable and compassionate as I had tears in my eyes several times (sadness relief happiness). They thought of every little thing I would need. Thank you guys for helping me during a fearful stressful time - its not easy to have your vision diminished but still need to be employed. They saved me by listening and putting together a workable set of equipment! ❤❤

Terrible. One person on a Saturday on geek squad. Supposedly. Which is terrible staffing for customer service. The one guy who was helping a customer needs to be more keen on guest service to at least let us know. A girl behind customer service with red and black hair went and knocked for someone just for the geek squad rep to finally tell her. After 8 minutes of waiting and all kinds of employees walking right by us and did not bother to ask if we needed help etc. Terrible culture or terrible leadership to create an environment in which people are lazy and dont care about guest satisfaction. We are going to drive 45 minutes away for our purchases and any maintenance we need. Thanks.

I went there looking for a computer and the sales person couldnt even help me, she was reading the same info that I was reading. They need to train them better. It wasnt until I was about to check out, that I seen a flyer laying on the side and I questioned the lady who was ringing me up, she was more helpful then The sales rep was. I ended up purchasing that laptop instead of the previous one. After all the struggles I was going threw, Best Buy couldnt even add my points to my account, "according to them", because of some updates..... if thats the case they should get better updates. I contacted customer service and I am in the works to get the points added on to my account now.

My husband and I knew exactly what we wanted when we walked into Best Buy. It was the iPhone 7 and Best Buy was having a super sale on them. We were greeted by Skyler. Everything ran so smoothly. He transferred my husbands pictures from his old iPhone to the new one. (A different Best Buy store refused to do this for my daughter). Skyler also ended up manually transferring my husbands contacts. He priced matched an otter box iPhone case from Amazon, too. We noticed that several of his coworkers asked him questions about other issues. Skyler was always polite and helpful the entire time. Its nice to get great service and even better to see awesome leadership within a store.
