I went to Walmart Supermarket to have my car service on Monday and they said it was going to be a 2 hour wait because there wasnt enough employees. I decided to go back on Wednesday right before they open thinking I would be in & out. I got there about 6:55am and the guy said he wont be able to service my car until 9 something because he was the only one there. Its a huge inconvenience because not only did I go there once but twice. Why be open if no one is there to do the work? I wont be back to this Walmart to get my car service, theres always an issue. The only reason I gave 2 stars because the guy there was nice enough to put air in my tire. ~I decided to go somewhere else to get my tire plugged. It took about 2 minutes and I did not have to get out of my car. It cost a little more but it was worth it!

I only shop here for very specific items and do so during off hours. This place has a great selection of everything "Wal-Mart" but has turned into a zoo. Not only do you have to deal with tons of customers in the aisles, but now there is the added inconvenience of the employees who are up and down each aisle with large metal carts "picking" orders for customers who are using the Wal-Mart pick up services. And believe me, you dont want to get between those employees and their carts. They believe they own the store, and you, as a customer, are just an inconvenience to them. There is a smaller Wal-Mart market down the road from this store. Shop there if you want Wal-Mart pricing but still want to keep your sanity!

Site to store: The employees are nice for store pick up but I receive my item with a tore up box. When the two guys helped me load it, some of the stuff in the box was falling out on all sides. Im just hoping all the stuff Is in there. I order something else today and my boyfriend goes up there to pick my order up since I had a your order is ready text. They tell him no we do not have Anything. So I call back as he leaves and they tell me no its not in the computer but they do have my order because the girl pulled it from the shelf this morning. So now we have to make another trip. Sandra helped me with this problem professionally as I was trying to keep my cool.

Fairly clean and well maintained store. Customer service is pretty good for it being Walmart. I have it rated at 3 stars because it is a smaller sized super walmart and is often out of stock of many different items. This is the only walmart in the area (save for 2 neighborhood walmarts, one in Covington and one in Mandeville) and is therefore packed to the gills consistently.

It is always fully stocked and clean. Compared to other locations in New Orleans it is like night and day. But lately the selection of vegetables is awful. I get fresh vegetables from the farmers market. And please work on the continuous high cost that is very noticeable. And stop waiting until the holidays to open all the registers. Value the customers time all year round.

I am really unpleased with the electronic section. I called asking if the could price match the Xbox bundles and they told me the didnt have the Xbox bundles I stopped by on my way home and come to find out they did carry them. I was very upset and annoyed because they were rude to me on the phone about what I was asking.... Not happy customer and probably wont go back...

The busiest, highest grossing Walmart in the country! (I know someone who worked there and at some point he discovered this piece of info). It is almost always a nightmare coming here so I try to avoid going and when I do it is between the hours of midnight and 2 am. Then all I have worry about is avoiding all the boxes of stuff getting shelved and the floor cleaner.

Good prices, but dont always have what u want. Orders for products in the store are done from headquarters or a regional offices without care of what customers pick to buy. For example Walmart stores have stopped getting Baileys Mudslide flavored coffee creamer. It was there for about a year and then stopped being ordered.

They usually have what I need at a significantly lower price than the competition. Parking is easy if you dont mind walking (I dont). Seems to me that the people who drive around looking for a spot right in front of the store are the same people who would benefit from the exercise, with a few exceptions (the elderly, etc.).

Rarely have items in stock, with no explanation when asked. Cleanliness not up to par. Restock items in regard to dairy and/or refrigerated foods are left sitting in baskets in front of stores. Most employees are friendly and courteous however not all, to include management. Restrooms are unkempt. .

Very poor inexcusable customer service almost every time I go here. Very crowded and not enough registers are open. But they usually have just about anything I need so I still go and use the self checkout for quick service. They also have a coin cashing machine which comes in handy.

Service sucks! I own stock in the company, but their too worried about profit margins. Need more cashiers! Need to pay more! Billion dollar company! Saturday night...one cashier! Really? I was a receiving manager and was offered a 10 cent raise! Really! Money is all they care about!

I called in and asked them to transfer my prescription to their pharmacy, they waited until I showed up to pick up my meds before they told me they couldnt transfer it. Terrible service. The people working there had me on hold for 10 minutes before they helped me on the phone.

Ruth Mason is the most helpful person in the store. Everyone walks right past you and if you dare ask a question told they dont know. While Ruth took the time with me to get all my belongings and saved me from going to another store. She should be a manager if shes not already.

This Walmart is easily accessible and has most items youd expect. My only complaint is a more generic one. Getting in and out is a pain in the butt. I prefer to go to one of the local neighbourhood groceries if I can to get Walmart prices but a quicker shopping experience.

Prices not as low as Dollar General, but selection is matched only by the internet. Its typically crowded, expect to walk 60-100 yards to/from your car to the door of the store, and checkout can take a while if you have a lot of stuff and cant do the "self-checkout."

Ive bought several thing from Walmart, including a pressure cooker, mattress, heater and the list goes on. I have always been pleased with my purchases. Delivery was prompt and on time. I wont hesitate to look to Walmart for future purchases.

Well, its Walmart. Its clean and has low prices for many things. The quality of the lawn stuff and plants is actually better than the home depot. The service is pretty friendly if not the fastest on earth.

Went to automotive for a car battery, the "associate" was more concerned with chatting with another "associate" than helping customers. After being ignored fir 5 minutes, I went to NAPA. WALMART SUCKS!!!!
