Try to return an item that was purchased in this store,was told the ticket does not match their system. Brie the manager went to see the video to check, when she came back I was told she was not able to c this item on camera. And she can only return 24.99 because thats what this item sells for. How she could not c this on camera, I only purchased few items and I payed $48.00 for this. Why should I pay for someones mistake. I have called customer service they called to talk to Brie but was not able to authorize return. The only way they could help is send me a store credit for that amount. I took that. But this still bothering me it is unfair that I had to go through this, someone made a mistake and I payed for that and was treated very unprofessional by the manager Brie. Thats all I have she did not even give me her last name . Poor customer service on her end !!

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. The managers LITERALLY HUNG UP ON ME, a LOYAL customer. His name is TONY and BRIE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place for anyone any longer. Brie is MORALESS and will do anything to make HER JOB easier for ONLY HER never EVER is customers (which is rule #1 when it comes to customer service

Lucera gave terrible customer service when checking out and trying to return an item, very rude and not helpful.
