I am here for the week out of town and thought I would stop in and see if they had anything good. This is a great Nordstrom Rack. Everyone in the store was extremely helpful. They helped me find the correct prices for several things. Most of the things were in the right places as far as size. Was very helpful to help me find something in my size while I was in the fitting room. The line for checking out was crazy and backed halfway to the wall and they came up to me and let me check out in one of the mini counters with a mobile device so I didnt have to wait for the 20 people that were in front of me. They even looked up my account number as well. I found this store to be GREAT and I found all KINDS of GREAT things in here!

Great place for deals on high end mens shirts like Robert Graham and Bugatchi. Good shoe selection also. This is a very busy store so I realize the employees work hard. Suggestion: ask the check out crew to fold the close a little nicer maybe.. I paid $200 for two shirts and the clerk crumples them up in a ball and throws them into a bag. Hate to nit pick but, come on.. Take 2 seconds and fold them. Overall great staff and store.

I was at the Oakbrook location on March 27th. While I was looking at purses one of your emplyees yelled at me because I was moving purses around. She said, " maam can I help you? I just organized that shelf and you messed it up." I was about to purchase a handbag but she was so rude and disrespectful that i got up and left. You lost a customer.

This is my 2nd favorite Nordstom Rack store after the one downtown Chicago on State Street. Very good selection of clothes & shoes for both men & women. Great selection of designer clothers. Crowded on the weekends, but definately worth the trip out to the burbs on a nice day! #CityExpert @GoogleLocalCHI

This is a good place for high-quality bargains! I found a pair of trousers for my son who is very tall and hard to fit. They were altered quickly so we could take them to an out-of-state wedding. Also, we found a pair of Cole Hann shoes in a large size, and they were less expensive. I love this place!

Each suburban location has their plusses, and in Oak Brook I scored a great Burberry cashmere scarf for my husband! Nice selection of shoes, but the customer service was lacking. Few sales associates are available to help when you need them. Still worth the trip when bargain hunting in the burbs!

Really disappointed with the customer service of this is store, Ive been trying to buy shoes since December and the managers and customer service in general seriously needs to improve, If I could I would give negative stars.

Despite the long lines and all, this place will get you out of here fairly quickly. There are not as many good selections for mens clothing though, but their shoe selections are various, and their prices are quite reasonable.

Good place to get all kinds of clothing. The selection is always fresh and up to date. This has one of the best shoe collections for both men and woman. The place is very clean and staff is friendly.

Insanely crowded. The check out line stretched deep into the aisles of the store, blocking access to the merchandise. Also, there was little to no merchandise for a bigger man.
