I had been looking forward to visiting this store because Ive been following them on FB. I walked in and felt invisible at no time did anyone speak to me offer any kind of help AT ALL. They seemed to be enjoying each others company very much. So I headed to Macys and spent my money there. This is the second clothes Mentor Ive been too EXACT SAME problem. Perhaps the I dont give a crap attitude is the new customer service style. I however dont care for it

They were very rude when I walked in last week. I wanted to sell some clothes. The "manager" was so disrespectful and rude to me. Dont go there. Many other places that are nice to sell your clothing. They did not even look at my stuff before saying no, they did not went to buy. I had lots of nice brands like coach and such that they did not even look at.
