I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the worst Ross Ive ever been to. I asked to have an item on hold and the heavy set cashier said I had to put it by the fitting rooms then my grandmother had a question so she said "Miss" and she was like What ! In a rude tone. She wasnt busy with another customer or anything ! Then the Asian/ Hispanic male who was the fitting room supervisor even asked for my name to hold my item under. Then two hours go by , I come back and its not on hold and no where to be found. The employees there were so effin rude. Making it seem like it was my fault ! Tamara by the fitting rooms did no help WHATS SO EVER. She was ridiculous she could obviously tell I was pissed off ready and just didnt help me look for my item at all ! She should be fired ! Last but not least, their bathrooms are DISGUSTING! Toilet paper all over the ground, looks like it wasnt cleaned all day. No paper towels or dryer to dry out hands with. VERY disappointing. Literally why is there one cashier when theres more than 12 people in line ? Cooperate you need to fix this store asap

This store is a mess. Merchandise carelessly thrown all over, clothing dirty and torn on racks, items not in designated areas and not enough customer service help. Ive worked in retail before and the store/merchandise was always clean and well stocked before we left after closing. I was at this site when they opened in the morning and the mess was obviously there from the previous days.

Selection sucks! The place is dirty, clothes are over packed on the racks, often in the wrong spots. I couldnt find what I was looking for. Also for a "discount" store, some of their prices are OUTRAGEOUS! You cld get it cheaper at the thrift store... so shop careful to get a good deal.

This location is actually better than some in the area. Made a rally quick trip in looking for setting and didnt find what I was looking for. Seems like I went in on an off day. I only saw one skirt in the whole building. But normally, I can find what I want.

I always leave with something great! (Usually dresses). The place is clean for the most part except they could be a bit better at keeping things off of the floor. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Needs more employees. Must be 50 people in line to check out and they have only 2 cashiers. No Manager in site. Cant find anyone on the floor to help. Really bad service!

Lines can be long sometimes, but staff is usually friendly. Product selection is hit or miss so if you see something you want, get it.
