I bought a dress from the Ross on 71st Greenfield in West Allis and noticed that the dress had a hole in it after I had already put it on, so I called the store and asked for the store manager and they said she was busy, so I asked for their corporate phone number which was the same number as the number to the store, they were willing to exchange the dress but they didnt have anymore in my size, so I asked the manager Charlene what can they do for me now and could she call another store to see if they had the dress in my size and she said we dont do that you would have to do it, she was very snotty and unprofessional, she didnt want to accommodate me in any way, so now Im stuck with a dress that has a hole in it mind you this is the second piece of clothing I purchased from there that had a hole in it. Dont give them your money because they dont give a damn smh!!!!

My first impressions of this store were that it was well organized and had great prices. When I took my selections to the fitting room that area was blocked off with a rack. As I stood there quite confused an employee called over to me from about 30 feet away to tell me that the fitting rooms were closed... at a clothing store. When I asked why she said that there were clothes in them and that it would take approximately 30 minutes for them to be opened. This happened in the middle of the day on a Sunday. This is completely unacceptable. I will never return to this store. Note-this is a location specific issue and I had a great all around experience at the ROSS just west of Milwaukee.

Love their prices and I usually buy a lot of home decor here. But I have to say that there workers are very rude and not nice. Today I Accidently knocked over the fitting rooms ladys rack with my cart. And omg it was the end of the world for her. I Ignored her and started picking up all the numbers cards from the floor as she started to also kick them at me . Then a 2nd person came (this person looked like the manager) but he didnt seem to care about anything and As I was walking away I could hear them talking nasty things about me in front of other customers. I walked out very upset and disappointed about my visit here today, since it WAS one of my favorite stores.

It was so crowded and only one register was opened. I went in to return something. I would have to wait in that same line as twenty others. I felt sorry for the poor guy at the register. Im handicap and can not stand in a line that long just to return something,so I left. I wont be back there any time soon.Much better and friendlier at West Allis store.

Loved it needed a shirt and jeans and found them within a minute for a good price. and I had gone to a different store and spent an 1and 30 minutes loking for a shirt and jeans and never found anything and everything was a higher price.

Always only one cashier for a line full of customers. Dont matter if you go in early or later. Be prepared to wait forever in line. Shelves always empty in home decor department. Not enough merchandise for store size.
