This store is such a mixed bag. I can go there one day and find what I want right away then deal with ignorant staff the next time. I remember waiting in the check-out once. I step into the cashiers line with a friend and wait 15-20 minutes. That would not be so bad until I hear the cashier tell the customer she is ringing out that she, "shouldnt worry about wasting time since they [me] will have to find another cashier." OK then, turn off the sign that indicates you are still working and let people know you are closing as soon as they step in line. Its unprofessional, passive-aggressive people like this that make me so sick of poor attitudes and service.

The employees have amazing customer service. You can tell the employees are well managed and really care about their job! The store is pretty well organized and the displays always look great! The male manager has gone out of his way many times to help me out! The staff makes the store very welcoming.

Not a good location. The store is maintained well but the selection seems to be picked over. Sometimes you can find something nice. The staff is friendly but for a discount store the prices could be better. They need more selection seems like they always have the same merchandise.

Ive always had great luck with the TJ MAXX at Grande Ave. Mall. As a graduate student, I dont have much money, but I always feel that I get great deals at this store. Good quality, good selection, friendly staff. I think its the best place to shop downtown!

I always find a good deal on something here. I bought an amazing $4 spatula there 2 years ago. I cant wait to use it. A good place to buy cologne/ perfume. Its like 1/2 the price of the same stuff at Boston Store or similar department stores.

I love the people that work their helpful and very nice, i thing i hate is changing my mine and come back and it gone other then that i love my TJ Max and the man the tried to return something that he used let me love my tj even more

My favorite place to shop when ever my business Tess Beauty Supply is slow I run over to TJ max and get what I need. I also appreciate them being in the mall its convenient thank you Tess Beauty Supply Wigs next too Walgreens

Grand Avenue malls best store is tj maxx and then Boston store. I had some pretty awesome picks here during my first Milwaukee visit which are still part of my wardrobe 3 years later.

Love the TJ Maxx they always a beautiful person and this is where I go to get my headphones they have Bluetooth on the low for cheap

This t.j. maxx is the most organized and has such a friendly staff. This store is definitely preferred over the other locations.

Very very limited selection. Its a small tjmaxx and while you can occasionally find something, its not a guarantee.
