I went for buying some lamps today around 6:15 PM, I asked the cashier (Mike) to help me detach the lampshade, so I was able to put them in plastic, he was very rude and even didnt help me to load 2 chairs that I purchased. Ross is my favorite store and I love to shop from this store, the cashiers always were polite and helpful but it seems this store is different, never stop by at this store again.

Rocks the Squirrel

Cashier had an attitude cause they where short on other associates and was vocal about it in front of other customers. 5/1 around or before 4:30pm. Its bad to show customer service like that but to also toss around products people are buying and having an attitude to boot is bad.
