I am not sure how anyone could have had a bad experience at this store. I just bought my second bike from them, and they are worth the extra few bucks. Both times I was treated like a friend. I was attended to almost immediately, listened to, and set up with four to five bikes to take for a spin around the neighborhood in order to really get a feel for the differences. That saved me twice from buying a bike I would not have been happy with! Now I have two bikes I love that I can just peddle over to Beverly Bike and get tuned up and adjusted from folks who are happy to do it. When I shopped in other bike stores, I was not treated any way at all because I was ignored. At Bevery Bike, I was treated like I imagine most people were treated 50 years ago in small businesses...like a valued customer.

They have bad customer service over the phone. I took my bike here to get the rim fix, brought it home to test it out. I soon found out that I had no brake pads. The inspector never said that the pads were gone. Better yet, I had brake pads before I took it to them. The manager & his assistant are horrible with there customer service skills. Make sure you take a picture before you leave anything with them.

If I could give more than five stars I would. This has been my neighborhood bike shop for 20+ years now. Mike and Paul are so knowledgeable and helpful. I usually do my own wrenching but sometimes I dont have the time or special tools. Theyre willing to do a quick job on the spot if needed and the awesome coffee shop next door is the icing on the cake. The guys rock, you will NOT be disappointed.

Order a 2017 Giant Mountain Bike and was less expensive than I thought. They sell at the lowest price point allowed by Giant. Great service ! I prefer to support local businesses instead of large corporate chain stores.
