Before I get into it, I love Shinola products. I believe in their mission and vision and think they produce great items. Im giving this such a low review because of my customer experience in this store. It took 3-4 times before I decided to write this review. Every time Ive talked with the staff they act pretentious and snobby. Even being rude when trying to find more information out about a product. This last time I bought a $1000 bag for a Christmas gift and I almost walked out and bought it online because the girl helping me was so rude. Every time I go in there its like that too. My suggestion is to go look at the items in store and buy online. Dont support these assholes. If it keeps happening Ill likely never buy Shinola again. Im planning on getting a new wallet but why spend $300 when Im going to have a bad experience? Thanks.
