I had been looking for a bike to ride around town all summer after having my bike stolen last year. After test riding several bikes, I stopped by this shop. I wasnt planning on buying a single speed/fixi, didnt really know what they were but when I test rode one it was better than all the others I had test ridden at other shops, and there seems to be very little maintenance involved. I love my new bike. I ride it every day. The best part, there was always some small issue with my old bike that stopped me from riding, like gears clicking or some kind of mechanical issue. My new bike is so simple theres nothing to malfunction. I love it!

This place is amazing!!! The owner gives u so knowledge on the features of the bike that fits your personal needs. I am a student that was having difficulty with transportation to school and work and the bike owner saved my life with this amazing bike. I have saved so much money as a grad student and at the same time get exercise daily on the lakefront !Its amazing and thank you Big City Bikes!!!!!! If you need a bike , this is the place to go and they treat you like family !!!!

I came into the shop knowing very little about bikes. They were very helpful in helping me find the right size and explaining the different types of frames. They even let you test any bike you want to try and see how it feels. He explains all the parts of the bike and tips on riding a bike in the city. The customer service is superb. I would definitely recommend this place for anybody who is looking for a bike! They care about their customers!

Went in there for a quick flat fix but they went above and beyond expectations. Took a look at the rim, tape, tire, etc. all while showing and explaining to me what he was looking for. So not only was he able to fix the problem but I got a clinic as well. I will definitely return to this store for future service!

Just walked in there to look. They had a Great attitude, friendly service, genuinely cared about my questions and needs. They educated me on what kind of bike i need and what best works for my budget. Ran out of time, but promise to be back. Plan on buying there. Dont waste your time at other shops

Nice shop. They are adding a coffee shop in it very soon. Nice single speed bikes and lots of options. Prices are competitive. Purchased a Prime bike. Owner is cool, they are custom focused and will not nickel and dime you. If you want a single speed bike, this is the place to go.

After three flats in a row, I finally took it to a shop that could locate the problem. They helped me out immensely and did it on short notice which I greatly appreciated. Definitely check this shop out. Youll get the attention you need at a price you can actually work with.
