I bought a 4.5 Domane back in September as my first nice road bike. Come December after having it packed away for the winter, I found a hairline crack in the carbon seat tube. I immediately called Rob, the owner. The next day he and his crew stripped it down and sent it off to Trek for a warranty evaluation. Although at first appearance it looked as though I over torqued the bolt, Rob went to bat for me and fought the "powers that be" for my benefit. It turned out to be a manufacturers defect. It also gave me the chance to upgrade my frame set to the 6 series which made me extremely happy. I use local businesses like Cycling Republic because for these businesses, every customer matters. If youre looking for a shop that has your interests at heart, will fight for your continued business, and wants you to keep coming back year after year, look no further than Cycling Republic.

Bought a bike today and couldnt be happier with my experience. I was in about 6 months ago getting some ideas and spoke with the owner rob who took a ton of time to enlighten the novice that I am. Then today I popped in to do more looking and robs father helped me pick out the PERFECT bike for me. He listened to my needs, likes and dislikes and adjusted what he showed me based on my answers. He even went through adjusting the bike perfectly to fit me for a simple trial ride outside the store. Needless to say I was sold by the bike but more importantly by this amazing family run local business. So excited to pick up my bike in a few days and start accessorizing with all the wonderful add ons they offer! So excited to add a basket for hitting the farmers markets this summer!!!!

You cannot find a better bike shop in the area. Very knowledgeable staff, along with the friendliest people I have ever met. Rob and the crew are such a joy to be around and talk to. Ive found myself in the shop for a simple bike light or spare tube and Ill end up talking to Rob or Zane about random topics and future bike builds im aspiring on.They are just all around great people, and they even host a womens and mens group ride every Saturday. I wish I wasnt moving out of state because I really love this shop. And weather you are spending 5 dollars or 500, Rob and the crew will make sure you know everything about that product, they will never steer you wrong direction.

I recently purchased a TREK Crockett Cross Bike and went through a Pro Fit session with Rob. He has amazing attention to detail. We started with a general assessment of my body type and then set up each aspect of the bike to the millimeter: seat post, multiple stems, 3 different saddles, handlebar height & angle, pedals, cleats, shoes etc etc. We even changed the bar tape (totally cosmetic but worth it). I have raced mountain bikes and gravel events for years. I wish I would have had my bikes properly fit by a professional back then. Ill never purchase another high-end bike without going through the Pro Fit process.

Shout out to an awesome bike shop with tremendous knowledge and an owner who is paying it forward. Heres a great feel good story: Marlo outgrew her training wheel bike and was going to take her sisters bike, but we found Nolas height just shy of being ready for the next size up (24 in). Rob, the owner of this family business, said he had an almost brand new bike someone donated just the right size for Marlo that he gave to us at no charge so Nola could hold on to her bike a little longer and both girls have correctly sized bicycles

Rob and the team at Cycling Republic are great! They are extremely helpful, willing to take extra time to explain different options or suggestions to improve riding ability or components that will help you get the most out of your bike. The staff never makes you feel rushed and will take all the time you need for your questions. Prices are extremely reasonable and they have made quick adjustments to my bikes without charging me. Zane and Rob are great and have earned my trust and business.

I had a bike trip with friends and family and decided to buy a new bike. I first went to Dicks Sporting Goods and was ready to buy a Diamondback for around $500 but there was no help what so ever so I decided to take a look at CR and everyone there was great! They fitted me to my needs, budget and sized the bike properly. I would highly recommend them for any bike purchase.

What a Bike store should aim to be. The service was exceptional, and they took time to guarantee satisfaction on an exceptionally well crafted and industry leading product. The one downside happen to be a miscommunication on the time it would take for the bike to be shipped AND built. Regardless. come to them first they know the whats what of the cycling industry.

Had a bike that was hanging in a garage for over 5 years that did not brake well or shift properly. I took it to Cycling Republic and for $119 the bike is practically brand new! What a bunch of useful people. This shop has grown so much in such a short time. The owner and his staff always have time to answer questions in a manner that is polite and easy to understand.
