All the employees were rude to me upon my arrival the store manager, I believe her name started with a "T", had an attitude the whole entirely of my visit. Not only did she have attitude towards me, a paying customer, her employees also seemed annoyed by her ongoing disrespect towards them. The pharmacist in the back was also having an ongoing argument with another employee. Very unprofessional. All I needed was to pick up a prescription for my sick grandmother who couldnt drive herself to the pharmacy today and I was treated as less than human by this woman. Would never make this trip again and will go to a CVS or a business who actually knows how to run itself.

I recently rented a wheelchair from this pharmacy. The staff was not very familiar with how the wheelchairs worked or the accessories. Also, they would not file our insurance claim, and were completely unhelpful when we tried to get information from them that we needed to file the claim ourselves. I probably wont use this pharmacy in the future.

The staff here is wonderful. I have always been treated like I was not important at the big chain stores like CVS & Riteaid. Even other privately owned stores have been rude. CVS and others treat you like a But here at Woodstock your a friend. Great quality clothing to shop while waiting for your script. Wonderful place.

Grateful for their service, We have a daughter with Brain Cancer and she is on many medications. They have gone above, and beyond to help us, and dealing with the Insurance Carrier, as we cant just order all the refills at the same time, have to wait until the 29 day before they will get the Ok, so we never have ran out...

I have been doing business with this pharmacy for years, including when it belonged to a previous owner. The staff are always helpful and they really get to know their customers. To be greeted by your first name means friends and thats exactly what the staff at this pharmacy are...your friends.

I have nothing but good things to say about Woodstock pharmacy. The pharmacists are always so helpful and available to answer your questions. I have dealt with personal medications and those for my pets. They typically are cheaper than other area pharmacies and why not support local?
