Shameful Customer Service. I have proof of insurance from Humana. I was instructed by Humana to print off this form and bring it to the pharmacy. I have my group ID, member #, group ID. I dont have my card yet (which would have my BIN & PCN#s), but my insurance is active. And there is a phone number for the Pharmacy to call Humana if needed. The clerk at Kroger Pharmacy asked for my BIN#. I explained my situation. This is what she told me, "I cant do anything without the BIN# because we need to know who to bill." I explained that I wont get the card for another week or two, and reiterated that I have coverage and need to pick up my prescription today. I asked if she could look up the rest of the info using my member ID, SSN, etc. She said no, we cant look that up, and theres nothing she can do without the BIN#. She didnt even say "sorry." Im glad to see that Kroger has their priorities: 1. Money 2. People. And I thank God Im not dependent on this Rx to live, Im only going to have a non-stop migraine until I can get my next dose. Apparently an IOU from a $40B insurance provider isnt good enough, Kroger thinks I should wait to get my medicine, so they dont have to wait to get paid. I will NEVER patronize a Kroger pharmacy again.

Very Good Discount and Fresh Produce. On top of discount, you can redeemed your rewards up to 1 $ off on Kroger and Shell GAS Stations. Customer Service is horrible . Youre on your own to locate and find a product. If the product is in discount, nobody to restock the shelf. And if you are in a hurry, dont go to that Store, especially at night.

Catrell, the bag boy is always working very hard when I come to do my shopping. I stopped to let him know that his hard work didnt go unnoticed. He was very polite, and grateful. I appreciated that also. Good Job Catrell
