I have had Humana since January 2014 and have used RightSource / Humana Pharmacy the whole time. Ive never had a problem with their service. All the RXs I submitted to them were paper RXs with a new prescription form. Of my prescriptions they only offered significant savings for one of them so I only used their service for that one prescription. (All my others are available at Kroger for less than my RX copay.) They have always had my RX in stock, filled it correctly, and delivered it promptly (7-10 days before I ran out if I submitted it 14 days early). Their deals arent as good as when I was with Anthem and had Express Scripts, but thats just part of the insurance plan my company chose. On the other hand, I was able to have an $85,000 surgery for just a $1000 co-pay (spinal fusion from Mayfield including surgeon, anesthesiologist, operating room, back brace, hospital stay, and follow up visits) with this insurance plan, so Im not complaining. :)

Rite-Source used to be fantastic! Since their purchase by Aetna, the service is just TERRIBLE. Despite confirmation, over and over, of the correct mailing address, my prescriptions were sent to the wrong place, thus missing a critical deadline ~ and, leaving me without important heart medications for up to two weeks. Their suggestion: call your doctor and get another prescription (to be filled at a "real" drugstore)! They refused to Fed-Ex a replacement shipment or in anyway lift a finger to correct THEIR mistake. Bottom line: unreliable and unwilling to correct their mistakes.

Sure didnt realize when I signed up, (lost United Health Care/Caremark-CVS) that I would run into the kind of problems that I have with Humana/Right Source. NUMEROUS problems with prescriptions, from simple Antibiotic salve, to not being able to provide requested Generic drug. Its nearly an everyday confrontation with them, and daily mailing publications that "could alter your coverage". I would NOT recommend to anyone, but Im obligated to retain until the end of the year. If you are COVERED by these folks..... good luck!

This service used to be wonderful and I never had a problem. Now the website is ALWAYS down almost every time I go to use it. If this doesnt change SOON, I will have to go to another pharmacy, because it doesnt do me any good to use a pharmacy that my preferred method of refills, plus the OTC benefits arent accessible.

Trying to get my ongoing maintenance prescriptions on the 90 day that the VA has written for me and Humana refuses to approve the 90 day and trying to call them on the phone is a real joke because you cant talk to anyone. Absolutely the WORST customer service in the United States
