They seem to never have the prescriptions ready on time, when the customer service reps provide a time to pick up. I also have encountered them not having the medicine available at all, and I have had to transfer the prescriptions to other Kroger locations in order to get same-day fills. I am going to find a more reliable Kroger Pharmacy because the one located in Forest Park seems disorganized, not able fill or long time to fill. Very frustrating!

This pharmacy cant be counted on! CLOSED AT 6 ON SATURDAY??? My doctor cant even call in my antibiotic prescription til tomorrow because they are ALREADY CLOSED! I have 5 people in my family with ongoing prescriptions. They will ALL be transferred to a real pharmacy within 48 hours. WAY TO SCREW UP KROGER.

The worst service ever, to fill up a prescription you have to wait for hours even that they know that you need them fast or you have to wait until the next day after 2pm

They continue to make me wait 30-45 minutes for my prescription, then tell me they cant fill it for 2 days. They have no respect for the customers time.
