I came in to pick up a prescription and was assisted by Ed. There was a charge for the prescription and I simply asked was it not covered under my Medicaid he rudely said no its under Caremark (an insurance I never heard of) I asked if my Medicaid could be billed he stated that he doesnt have any Medicaid information in the system for me. And did not attempt to assist me any further. I asked if I had to wait behind the other customers being that I was here first he rudely stated if I want the medicine without paying then I have to. Tommy then begin to assist me and was very patient and understanding until he got the prescription filled. Tommy should give Ed a lesson in customer service.

Linda and Tommy are wonderful. Whenever I go in to pick up a prescription and Linda is there she always calls me by name. That is great customer service. Make me fell welcomed. Tommy is getting there, he almost remembers me by name, but he knows the face. They are the best, would not trade them for nothing. 100% customer satisfaction, AAA++.
