This place scares me. I went there a couple days ago and i have never had a problem with my insurance company refilling a medication. Rite aid then told me i needed a pre auth for my ins to cover this medication. Therefore i had to go without my medication for two days before i could make it back to the doctors office to speak with my doctor. i then got the pre auth completed. so i left work early feeling rather sick without my medication to go get this filled. The next day, or today i took it this morning and all day i feel nausous and i can not eat and my heart rate continues to beat fast. so i went to my doctor thinking something is wrong with me. Comes to find out i show the pill bottle to my doctor and they say this is the wrong medication. WTF? turns out they filled the wrong medication, and sent the wrong medication to my insurance, requiring me to do a pre auth that was not needed for my medication that im supposed to take. i still feel uneasy and i hope this doesnt worsen so i dont have to go to the ER. if i do rite aid will have a huge lawsuit against then. So if you want to take the right meds do not go here, this could have killed me. The pharmacy is so unprofessional, there is one young guy there with peircings there that caused all of this. Please do not go here, they have lost all business with me.

So let me get this right. You are blaming a pharmacy because your doctor, your insurance company, and you cannot read a prescription label? Looks to me and probably everyone else who LOVES this Riteaid and its pharmacists that you are one of a growing number of people who cant take even partial blame when they mess up. I have been going to this pharmacy for years and have never had a problem. The pharmacists and pharmacy techs there are kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. And judging a person because they have piercings? Please!
