Both Maria and Amy in the Atlanta office are great to work with. Maria got everything verified and ready to go with my insurance company. Amy worked with me on selecting a CPAP mask and making sure it was fitted correctly. She spent almost 45 minutes working with me and answered all my questions. I have used two other equipment providers in the past who were not very professional. Amy at Barnes Healthcare seems to be very committed to making sure her clients transition easily into the CPAP therapy.

All customer service agents are fantastic! Speedy service and delivery and Row who comes out to set up goes so far and beyond expectations its unbelievable. He should of be the face of the company. He was polite, knowledgeable and encouraged and informed us on using other Barnes Healthcare services!!

Terrible service....no follow up w doctors office or myself! I was trying to simply get my CPAP mask replaced, should have been easy, but it was not! Im discontinuing my business w them as of now.
