I called this morning to see if they had a hard-to-find prescription in stock. At first a young man who sounded like he was stoned or hung-over answered. He wasnt rude, just unprofessional with lots of "yeah"s and "uh-huh"s. He put me on hold without telling me he was doing so, and a woman with a very thick accent answered. I explained again what I needed and after some confusion because I couldnt quite understand her she told me she did have my medication in stock. I told her how many I needed and asked if she had enough to fill the prescription. Rather than just verify if she did or didnt she said that she wouldnt know until she saw the prescription. Huh? You cant COUNT? When I persisted she hung up on me! Up to this point I had been very polite, but come on. I called back and asked why she had hung up on me, and she became very rude and irate. I just dont get it. Avoid this place like the plague.

My experience at this pharmacy was very pleasant despite the previous reviews. The team members were very helpful, professional, and I didnt have to wait long for the medication I was picking up. I had a few questions regarding the medication and they provided me with a lot of very useful information. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to others.

I felt cared about. My doctor gave me a prescription that didnt go well with my other meds and the pharmacist educated me about it and to me to call for an alternative prescription...that was scary but everything went well. What if she just filled it? Im thankful!
