If only the option to give no stars was available! I went to Bride Beautiful this past Sunday after having two friends give me glowing reviews. I was very excited because my fiancee and I had just finally decided on a wedding date. He lives in another country, so we are going to have two weddings, therefore, I will be buying two dresses. I wanted something simple and elegant for the first wedding and I had a small budget. The sales associate suggested I look at the bridesmaids dresses. This is a sample of some of her rude behavior: 1.) She abandoned us in the bridesmaids section and hardly wanted to help me. She was actually with another appointment during mine! 2.) After asking my friend and I to select bridesmaids dresses for me to try on she criticized each choice and made rude facial expressions. She kept trying to get me to try on dresses that only she looked and listened little to my wants and needs or the fact that I had never tried on bridal gowns before that day! Plus, my friend that was with me did more helping in getting the gown on and off then the sales associate ever did. 3.) Though she was a plus sized lady herself and told me that she had bought her dress at the same store and that it was a bridesmaids dress, she said that there were few dresses in the store for me to try on...I am an 18, that is not a hard size to find! Furthermore, she kept arguing with me that I could not be an 18 and must be a smaller size -- flattering, yes, but not helpful when finding a dress that fits correctly. 4.) She was reluctant to show me dresses in the sale room and did not even mention that area until my friend (who had recently purchased her dress at this store) asked her to show us. 5.) She denied multiple times that they had a destination wedding bridal gown section, though my friend had tried on dresses from that section months before. She insisted that the dresses with all the tulle and puffiness were the lightest dresses on the market and I would not find one lighter!?!?! 6.) She kept trying to persuade us to go Davids Bridal and admitted that since our price point was low that that was the reason why she was giving us little help. 7.) She actually had the audacity to criticize what I wore into the store -- jeans, a tank top and a shrug sweater! This was supposed to be one of the happiest and exciting days of my wedding planning and instead this store stoled that from me. If you want people to pay top dollar for your dresses and be stick then, then put that on your website. If there is a dress code to be able to shop in the store then also put that on your website! Not only have you lost my business, but I will continue to persuade people that I know to shop elsewhere. This was the worst shopping experience ever. I hope the owners of this store pays attention to the reviews on this website and does something to improve their customer service training of employees.

Mahvelous dahling, simply mahvelous! It was busy (good sign) and professional! Bride Beautifuls Gail took great care of me and my guests not too long ago. Twas my very first dress shopping experience, and I dont believe it could have been more enjoyable. We climbed the stairs to reach the front door and were greeted by the front desk. I filled out a contact, and while I waited for my consultant, the entourage and I browsed the gowns. The gowns ranged from extremely glamorous to sophisticatedly simple. The prices of the gowns that I liked were under 2k. (But dont forget about alterations ladies! Probably be approx. $300.) When Gail approached me, we talked briefly about the time, location, style of the wedding. I brought a binder with some photos of gown elements I loved, liked, and hated, so she would get a better idea of my preferences. She showed me to each area that had gowns and gave me directions to use a clip that she provided on any dress Id like to try. She gave me 5 clips. My entourage and I began the search for different silhouettes and fabrics and price points- BB has it all! I even tried on something completely unlike any of my pictures. Gail found me with no clips left and said lets go try on! My party waited by the big mirror, and Gail helped me into and out of the gowns. After modeling each gown, I had it narrowed down to 2 very different gowns. I needed some time to think. Gail was not pushy but mentioned if I wanted to come back today that they closed at 6. We took a coffee break, but I couldnt stand not going back. I called at 5:30 to ask if I could return and try on the top 2. She willingly agreed. I am happy to say I said "YES" to my gown. The owner and Gail and the desk lady stayed late for me to purchase my gown and take my measurements! What a WONDERFUL experience. Now just waiting for my KILLER DRESS to arrive! (PS- it was the gown that looked nothing like my photos!)

I have been in 3 weddings in which the Bride used Bride Beautiful as the store for bridesmaid dresses and every one of those experiences was wonderful so when it was time for me to go shopping for my wedding dress my first stop was Bride Beautiful. I certainly was not let down this time. I aboslutely enjoy their personal service and attention given by all of their consultants. I had been with friends to try on wedding gowns at other shops and it was always a mess trying to figure out how to get in and out of the gowns. At Bride Beautiful your personal consultant helps you in and out of each gown and it only takes a matter of seconds. She is also right there to clip it in the back so that it fits better. After getting in your dress you get to make your grand entrance to your friends and family, which was one of my favorite parts! My mom cried when I walked out the first time and it was just so nice that she could just sit there and enjoy the moment. I also recieved a personal thank you note from my bridal consultant the week after I purchased my dress. I thought it was very sweet of her to take the time the hand write a personal note. The store is VERY busy on the weekends so if you go on a Saturday afternoon you may have to wait a little bit but that can be expected at any bridal shop. I ordered my dress in October and it has now arrived and I will be going to try it on this weekend and I cant wait!!! My consultant called me personally to let me know the dress was in and to set up a time for me to come try it on so she could see the dress on me. You surely dont get such personal service from some of the other bridal shops out there
