So let me tell you a story and I will try to keep it short. I went here for my wedding dress and had a FABULOUS experience. Seriously and sincerely fabulous. I was told upon ordering my dress from them that they would offer my bridesmaids a deal on their dresses. None of my bridesmaids live in the area or even in the state for that matter (for this reason, I had to be more involved than I would have liked to have been). Despite this fact, because Id had such a wonderful experience with my dress, I encouraged my bridesmaids to get their dresses from here as well. My bridesmaids ordered their dresses at the beginning of the year and my wedding was in early June. We were told it would take 3-4 months for their dresses to come in. It took 4 almost 5 months (late April/early May) for all of the dresses to come in. NONE of the dresses fit correctly. Now let me say that Ive waited a while to review this vendor so that my frustration with this whole experience would not cloud my comments. I know that bridesmaid dresses do not fit like off-the-rack clothing and they require alterations (they typically run small and need to be ordered up in size). My Maid of Honors dress was snug, but fixable. My second bridesmaid (who wears a size 12/14) was ordered a size EIGHT dress. My third bridesmaid (who wears a size 6) was ordered a size TEN. They obviously mixed up the sizes. My MoH and second bridesmaid were sized in-store. My third bridesmaid had her alterations lady take her measurements. A whole lot of back and forth followed between the store manager, the store owner, and me. My third bridesmaid was able to have her dress taken in the requisite 2 sizes. My second bridesmaid who had the size 8 dress needed FOUR inches of extra fabric in order for it to close in the back. Their bottom line was they dont do refunds or exchanges and my bottom line was this isnt our fault. They messed up. She did not take her own measurements, she did not order her dress. The shop did all of this. With their policy they could order everyone that walks through their door a size 1 canary yellow dress and refuse refunds when customers complain that it isnt what they ordered. They refused to acknowledge their mistake. My bridesmaids dress was not ready from their alterations lady until TWO DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING DAY. My bridesmaids and I have two consolations: 1) they paid for the $300 (alleged as we never saw a bill) in alterations to help make her dress fit; and 2) we NEVER have to work with this shop again. Im a really nice person and I rarely ever have to get stern with anyone, especially a business. It irks me that I had this experience, it irks me that I have to give this shop a low rating, and it irks me that I feel badly about giving them a low rating. Go here or dont, but its at your own risk. Im filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I absolutely had to write a review for Atlanta Bride Couture after my wonderful experience yesterday. I brought my aunt, sister (Matron of Honor), mother and my future mother-in-law with me to look at gowns. We started on Monday and went to a wonderful boutique that my sister and best friend found their gowns, but I was extraordinarily torn between two that day. I hoped that going to another high-profile boutique would clear my mind and help me to make a decision. Upon having a deeply uncomfortable experience at the second salon, (the consultant was pushy, borderline rude and essentially unwelcoming) my sister called ABC to see if they could fit us in for an 11:30 appointment. About three minutes later, we headed to ABC to see if my dress was possibly in the boutique. We had the whole salon to ourselves. ABC is BEAUTIFUL with a stunning chandelier, long rows of gorgeous bridal gowns and really does look like the kind of place you picture finding your wedding gown when you are a little girl. Their range is about $1000-$8,000 so there is something for everyone. They do run a little more on the high end scale, but they have options, so dont let this detour you if you have a lighter budget. My consultant Cameron was a dream. Totally on my side, helpful, pleasant, with such a vision for gowns that I might like. The best part is that she was not pushy in the least. She made my party feel very welcomed and gave us personalized attention and a complete experience that was a breath of fresh air from the second salon. Long story short, I said yes to my dress yesterday and it was a dream come true. I owe it all to such a wonderful experience at ABC. Their selection, attention to detail and your experience is truly second to none. Cameron even took pictures of us after I found my gown and was so sweet. If you are totally over high-profile and overrated bridal boutiques, cannot find the dress that gives you the same butterflies your fiancé gives you and are starting to feel like your dream dress doesnt exist... head on over to ABC and find it waiting for you (more than likely completely nestled in your budget). Very Disappointing!!! Came from out of town to go shopping with my sisters. It was 5:15. We tried calling, didnt answer. Then when we got there..they had a closed sign on the door. She came to the door, said we closed at 6, but if we wanted to try something on, we had to call for an appt. There was Not even anyone in the store. So we knocked and asked if we could look at the dress, she said well if you look at it, then you will want to try it on. She wouldnt even let us look. I had found a dress I ABSOLUTELY LOVED on the website and they wouldnt even let us look. Very Rude. I will be sure to not recommend you to ANYONE! If there was a Zero rating...I would have rated it a 0!!

Didnt even make it to the store. I asked for a 4pm appointment so that I could go after work and was called and asked if I could come in earlier because they Have a gap. I told her I dont get off until 3pm so earliest I could do was 4pm. She said my only alternative was Saturday. All because they wanted to leave early on a Friday they couldnt work with me. Never go here.

I ordered my veil here in July and was told it would arrive in 3-5 weeks. It was not until December that the veil arrived, and when it arrived it was in the wrong color. They have since re-ordered the veil in the correct color, and it is yet again passed the date they said it would be in. Will not be working through this company again despite loving the veil.

I loved my experience with Atlanta Bride Couture. Sara and her team are so nice to work with! With the small shop feel with a high quality stock and experience, it is perfect for the bride who wants to make sure she gets everything she dreamed of! I would absolutely recommend Atlanta Bride Couture to any bride and wedding party members!

My friend paid for her dress from here and has not gotten it yet the store has not returned calls and have been not open the past 4 days and do not respond. Very suspicious do not buy from this store
