Ok So let me start off by saying 5 stars! I loved this place so much and the employees that I actually came back, and chose to buy my dress here because of how amazing the staff and establishment both are. The first time I went dress shopping I came to Vocelles. I was a nervous wreck. For me the wedding dress experience made me really anxious, I guess I just dont have the bubbly girly gene so suited for wedding dresses. Instead I was terrified. Because of this, I went solo to my first appointment. The staff there made me feel amazing. The woman I was working with could tell I felt very uneasy and she was just so sweet and considerate the whole time. She never once made me feel like I was being difficult, and never once made me feel rushed. The whole atmosphere at Vocelles was simply amazing. You get the one on one experience, the pampering, the staff members are both professional and helpful, its exactly as you would hope your experience wedding dress shopping should be. Now because Im so indecisive I did not buy my dress the first time. I actually didnt even see the one that I would end up purchasing. Instead I went and looked at other places. None of the bridal stores quite amounted to Vocelles or made me feel the way they made me feel. Needless to say I eventually found my dress at a different bridal store, but when I found out Vocelles carried it I of course returned. I am so happy I got my dress there. They are just the type of establishment that makes you feel like you want/would rather do business with them. <3 Yall and thanks so much for making my experience the best possible!

My name is Ami. I went to Vocelles with Clarissa on Feb 6, 2010 15 minutes before they closed after being told by the competition how over priced they were. Boy were they wrong! Their dresses start in the $500s and dont require you to pack everything into slips and corsets. I hate to shop in general. Things I love dont always fit and sales clerks can be really pushy when theyre on a commission pay system. Never the less, I loved looking for my wedding dress with Kristen. She was more than gracious. She pulled about 6 or 7 dresses within my price range 10 minutes before they closed for a "speedy session" and the first one she held up was "the one." I really do believe she loves her brides as much as her hand picked gowns and I am very grateful for the joy she brought back to my experience as a bride. If youre shopping for a bridal gown and want to know what a lovely experience is while selecting some of the most elegant pieces in Tallahassee, try her out. I told Kristen I wanted to sleep on the purchase just on principle. She understood and told me to take my time because I should be sure. I bought it the next day and its been happily ever after ever since. Every bride deserves a lovely experience, Vocelles embodies that.

I am not from Tallahassee - but made the drive because I read great reviews about Vocelles. Definitely surpassed everything I have read. I told Emily what I was looking for and she picked out 5 dresses for me, all 5 were perfect and exactly what I wanted. The hard part was deciding which one to get but she was patient and we slowly narrowed them down after trying and re-trying them on. She gave me ample of time. I had looked at two store previously and both times I was extremely rushed, put into gowns that I did not describe, and had 25-30 dresses to try on. Emily knew what was key - picked the five best ones - and made the decision simple. Once I narrowed it down to two dresses, I looked myself, and did not find any that compared to the ones that she picked. She also stays in your price range comfortably. Vocelles knows exactly what brides want. I have also worked with Jazmin on the shipping and delivery of my gown. She is more than helpful, accomodating, and so polite! Absolutely try this place before ANY OTHER bridal boutique. Very unique and original options to choose from and the stylists really do all of the work for you so you can relax and enjoy your bridal moment.

My experience at Vocelles Bridal was better than I could have imagined. Kristen, the owner of Vocelles, put me at ease right away, making the afternoon a ton of fun. The personal attention I received made me feel so special. My mom and godmother came all the way from Stuart and Gainesville, Fla., to be a part of my dress-shopping day, and both of them still talk about what a great time they had. Along with my girlfriends, my whole group had plenty of space to sit, relax and enjoy watching me try on gowns in the gorgeous setting, complete with sparkling chandeliers. It was helpful that we were allowed to take photos too. In fact, Kristen encouraged it! With so many looks to choose from, I tried on a diverse range of styles and ended up going with something completely different than I’d originally envisioned. It was fun staying open-minded and just seeing what looked best! The Vocelles staff was also considerate of my budget, making sure they pulled the best options for my goals. A big thank you to the entire Vocelles team for making this experience so delightful and for helping me find the perfect dress!

I had a perfect experience at Vocelles. I booked an appointment as a whimsical idea only an hour before going in. We had previously visited multiple Davids Bridals and was left irritated and hopeless at their customer service. The minute I walked into Vocelles I had a warm welcome and was offered refreshment. My consultant was Jazmin and she was incredible. She asked my what general idea I was looking for and more importantly my budget. She pulled all beautiful dresses, starting cheaper and working thier way up the price ladder. She listened to every word and feeling I had about each dress and was able to limit everything down until I was in the perfect dress. I wasnt pressured to buy anything, but when I decided I wanted it, she gave me multiple options on ways to save money on the total cost. Jazmin was very personable and made me feel the way a bride-to-be is supposed to! Upon the purchase, she gave me, my mother, and my aunt a glass of white wine as we celebrated the momentous occasion. Im so glad we found Vocelles. I couldnt imagine the experience having gone any better! Thank you Jazmin!

Finding my dress at Vocelles was a wonderful experience! My stylist Denise was very sweet and friendly, listened to all of my feedback, and was able to pinpoint my interests in the perfect dress. I had some anxiety before going in that I would feel worried about making such a big decision, but her personality put me right at ease. Another concern I had was that smaller, boutique vibe would mean they didnt have a large selection, but that was not the case at all. I easily found a wide range of diverse dresses--it didnt feel lacking in any way. The bridal shop is part of a larger building that includes a clothing boutique and wine bar/restaurant, but you would have have no idea from how private it feels inside. They were also quite welcoming! We were offered refreshments to start and even popped champagne when I said yes to the dress. Overall we got exclusive, professional treatment without the exclusive price tag (dresses range from $1,500-$3,500, I believe) or an exclusive attitude from anyone. I would highly recommend looking here for your wedding dress, the afternoon was just lovely!
