Great experience finding my wedding gown at Alfred Angelo in Dunwoody! My sister had purchased her gown from Alfred Angelo at a Florida location in 2014 and had a good experience, so I included Alfred Angelo on my list of 5 bridal shops to visit. The personalized service was great. There are only 2 spots with all around mirror views and on a Saturday morning (when I went) it can be tight. Despite that, it was still a good experience. I had ideas about what I wanted and a strict price point, which the sales associate helping me paid attention to both. She was great at listening to what I liked and did not like in the dress, which was huge. Also, I felt like I had a bunch more opinions for my price point here in comparison to other bridal shops I had visited. The final dress I put on (after 4 others - which at this point I was tired and about ready to give up), was perfect! It had elements I didnt really know could all be in one dress. It was "the dress"! As for pricing, it was the floor sample and the style had been discontinued, so this was the physical dress I would be taking home with me. It made me slightly weary since some beading was loose and it was a little dirty due to people trying it on. But the associate assured me I could get it cleaned and in alterations they would fix everything. Also, the dress was quite large for me, but the associate also assured me it would be taken in during alterations. So we purchased the dress! Everything worked out great with the cleaning of the gown and alterations. I did alterations through Alfred Angelo which was most convenient for me. I worked with Petal who was amazing! She took it in everywhere it needed to be and fixed all the beading issues. She was very detailed in ensuring it was perfect! And the bustle she put on was SO easy to follow with the color coded ribbons! I also found my bridesmaids dresses here, which was great because my bridal party got discounts since I purchased my dress here. Overall, such a fantastic experience. Highly recommend Alfred Angelo in Dunwoody!

Do not go there! Unprofessional, lazy, and will make you buy the wrong size if you dont know your body and what you are doing. I was a bridesmaid for the first time and didnt know what to expect for a fitting. When I arrived no one greeting me or said anything about "well be with you soon". Had to tell them I needed to get fitted. Anyway, I didnt know the styles the bride chose off hand, and they were so lazy to look it up in the system, which they ultimately had to do. Tried on the dresses which looked awful. All of the dresses in the store were huge!!..So you cannot get a good idea of how they fit. They told me I should get the dress size which fits the biggest part of my body-mind you I have an hour glass figure, so I would have needed a 12 to fit my hips, but the top part would have been very large and would have needed to be taken in if I had listened to these fools. Instead I tried on an 8 (just a random dress) to see how it fit. I decided to order my dress in 8 because if I had gotten the 12, I would have had to pay MORE money to have it altered. The 8 fit fine when I received it. Know your body type, and do not take their advice if you have no choice but to go there. Also, I wanted to try on one last dress and the "consultant" said to me "uhhh, your appointment time is up". Very rude. I still tried on the dress because I was paying money and they had no right to be so unprofessional. Also, the dresses are very, very, cheaply made. The inside stitching is so sloppy! STAY AWAY.

I ordered my dress from this location and was happy with my selection and service. They were also accommodating of a family emergency and held my dress longer then usual and I thank them for that. On the Sunday(after 6 when they close) before my first fitting Monday morning (my fitting was at 11 when they open) I receive a call... I assume it is to verify my appointment but no its to cancel. The employee stated that I could not longer get fitted in store. That she could email me the seamstress contact information (which I never received) that I had spoken to and I would have to go direct, which mind you is no even in Dunwoody (my options were Stone Mountain or Alpharetta). I got off the phone and then thought of another question, plus I never received an email so I called back of course the answering machine was on since it was after 6. In my opinion, which I did tell the employee, was that Alfred Angelo Bridal should have honored all there current appointments and started there new policy with new orders. I dont think it is right to have me pay for the dress and make an appointment to be fitted in store and cancel with less the 24 hour notice. You all have my dress and my money so there is literally nothing I can do except take it on the chin, for this reason alone I would not recommend this shop to anyone. A company that promises one thing and delivers something different is not one I want to affiliate with.

I had a HORRIBLE experience with this store this past weekend. My appointment was for 10am and I got there about 10 minutes early. The store didnt open until 10 so we just say outside and waited. They did not open the doors until 10:15!!!! They only allowed my bridesmaids to try on dresses. They told me I would have to make a different appointment for me to try on anything. We finally convinced them to let me try on dresses and they said I could try on 3. Thats it. The assistant manager took my measurements and commented on how my measurements were going to be a HUGE problem because my bust was a size 4, my waist a size 6, and my hips were way too big. The sales associate then followed me around the store for the next 10 minutes begging me to make another appointment to try on more dresses. They were very rude to my bridesmaids, telling them that they werent allowed to touch any of the dresses which, by the way, were hanging up in plastic bags so there is no way they could have harmed them. The sales associate then proceeded to push us out the door by saying every two seconds, "thanks for coming." I will not be going back to try any more dresses on and will find somewhere else to purchase my bridesmaids dresses.

My name is Melissa Reeves. I arrived at Alfred Angelo on September 28th to find the wedding dress of my dreams with my family. I was very sick on that day and almost felt like I was going to pass out, but Kierra Cemp who was my bridal consultant also kept a positive attitude making sure I was okay. The assistant manager and one of the other bridal consultant brought me a fan and even let me snack on a bag of chips because I was feeling so weak. These ladies were so helpful. Kierra was so patient with me, because I had to keep sitting down because I was dizzy. I found the dress I thought I wanted till couple days later when I had one in mind that I knew was the one. I called Kierra back at the store to see if I could exchange my dress and she talk to the manger and they let me do it. I really appreciate Kierra asking the manger to do this for me because its against there rules. I couldnt be more happy that I get to walk down the aisle in the dress of my dreams thanks to Kierra and the manager. I would recommend this store to anyone who wants to find their dream dress because they really make you feel special and they go over and beyond to do what makes the bride happy.
