I went there for the first time because I needed oils and they were in the neighborhood. They were fully staffed and had a moderate amount of foot traffic yet everyone was greeted when they walked in but me. I meandered around the oil section, genuinely interested and needing assistance and I did that for 15 minutes. No one walked over and asked me if I needed help though I made eye contact with two associates and listened as they helped the other customers in the store. After I made my selections and went to check out, the young woman at the register was extremely standoffish and rude. When I asked her a question about the oils, it was like pulling teeth. A store with that many people should greet and help everyone. I was very upset with my transaction here and will not be returning.

This store is amazing. I grew up pretty healthy, with my mother being a pescatarian. I have been going to this store atleast 7 years. Every time i visit the store i find things that i thought i would never find. I started with vitamins and supplements. I buy most of my herbs and spices for my kitchen here for lower prices than walmart knowing they come from a better source and mostly organic. And if i cant find something the salespeople and managers will help me find it or do their best to get something comparable in the store

I love this place! When you go there, make sure you order a green ice tea and ask them to add lavender and lemon. It is spectacular and very refreshing. Also, make sure you check out the jewelry and scarfs. They have great prices. This place is so much more than just herbs. Although I do buy mine in bulk there. It is also a great place to buy "real" stevia. Customer service is the best here. They are all very knowledgeable and very eager to help. I just wish they were open on Sunday.

This place has a huge selection of vitamins and herbs, and a great genuinely helpful staff that really enjoy helping you find what you need. Their customer service is a five star! They are all very knowledgeable about the products in their store and are able to help you get better by suggesting products that aide in healing and keeping you healthy. Cool place!! I highly recommend it.

Pros: Very helpful staff Clean, well organized store, nice layout A large variety of merchandise They carry edible & non-edible esential oils that are kept in different sections of the store to help avoid confusion Plenty of testers for scented products The Cons: A bit on the pricey side Dont go only to window shop, its very disappointing to have to leave empty handed

Love this store! Very organized. The staff knows their products and are passionate about their customers health! I learn something everytime i go in there. They are known for there premium products. They offer classes which is a plus. Ive been to herb shop all over and this one far exceeds the rest by far!

Terrible customer service. I got there just prior to closing time and the door was already locked. The employees in there talking couldnt be bothered to let me in to get my one item. Ill make sure I never go back. Buy your stuff online or go somewhere other than this place.

Herbal planet it has free parking and men in womens bathroom and have the herbal for the men and women they have smoothies there they make on site they make it fresh you can order stuff through them if they dont have it its convenient I like it I will continue to go again

This is a wonderful place. Moved from an old house, that was quite frankly, very drab. This store is so beautiful and the people are so great. I think someone had a plan and a dream and it came true!
