Absolutely horrible service! I researched a product on their website. Their website said this location had the item in stock. When I arrived at the store, I was not greeted by either of the two staff members. After spending several minutes looking for the item myself, an older man asked me what I was looking for. When I told him what I was looking for, the female worker said they did not have anymore. I told him the website indicated that they had a large stock. The female worker interrupted again and said they had 3 in stock, but they were holding them for a customer. I said thank you and attempted to leave. Then the older man suggested I go to the Herb Shop (one of their competitors) to buy the item. I told him that store sells the item for a much higher price. Then he told me to call him on Thursday. I told him I was trying to purchase the item today and that I would just try another Vitamin Shoppe location. I was already irritated when they refused to sell the item they had in stock. But I was shocked when the guy tried to send me to their competition. I will never go back to that location!

Horrible... No customer service at all. You walk in nothing no hi, no welcome , they just look at you.! ... I asked where can find a particular product, the guy that was stocking the shelves walked away and just pointed and spoke so low I couldnt hear what he said. I didnt buy anything I went to another location ( McDonough) much better. I love the store but not this particular location. Please work on your customer service skills.

July 25, 2016 @ 1:15 PM. Absolutely horrible. Mr Bill has no customer service skills at all. I just had the most unpleasant experience ever at any Vitamin Shoppe store. My first time there. This persons ego its bigger than his head. Will certainly not come back to this store nor recommend it to no one. I was really, really surprised that a person like that actively works at a great company such as Vitamin Shoppe. What a shame.

Poor customer service walked in wasnt greeted. My first time being in the store. I knee what i wanted but again first time being in here didnt know the location of my item. No one tried to help me the assistant manager didnt either and i had walked up in down the aisle you would think someone would ask hi do you need help nope none.

Goto store. May not appear to have a lot of stock at times but they always have what Im looking for. Customer service usually good but if one particular clerk is having a bad day, you can easily tell.
