Ive been going to Natural Foods Plus for over twenty years. The service has always been very good. Today my husband went in and was accused of stealing. His had reached inside his coat to answer his phone. He stormed out of store without buying anything. When he came home he told me what happened. I called to the store complaining, Ricky gets on the phone and I understand about having so many thefts and all but when I got off the phone with him, I felt like I didnt want to go back. His tone wasnt nice, he let me know that he would look at the tapes and that they had our license #. I was just in there twice last month, want to support our black business. Not sure if I coming back.

Customer service is exceptional. Staff is very courteous. I Love the smoothies. I feel if you advertise a larger size smoothie, that size should be available. Its really simple to get 24oz cups at gfs or other local suppliers. I first tried one of your smoothies 3 weeks ago a have been hooked every since. Please get the 24oz. Thanks Mr. Rick Poole

Emrald treasures are so clean and refreshing. The staff are some of the nicest educated people you could come across. the store has great products to get your metabolism going. I love this place, I just cant get the same service anywhere else.

You have to shop at this store, everything they sell is just out-right goodness. And you have to try a smoothie from the Juice Caboose. There tagline healthy never tasted this good is for real.
