I visited this store recently and was surprised, disgusted and disappointed at everything about it. From the rude inattentive staff who was more interested in their individual electronic devices than the customer needing direction and assistance. Every time I came across an employee they seemed to be on their way to do something important just to see them stop in their tracks, talk to themselves for a moment and then head of in another direction to seemingly do something else. They never really seemed to accomplish anything but dodging any kind of real work or to help any of the customers in the store. Very strange!! Also, surprised and disgusted in the fresh food service employees in the deli not wearing gloves and men working with full beards and no nets to catch any of those loose beard hairs they may fall into the food. The produce was anything but fresh and not displayed in an appetizing manner at all. Just old, bruised fruits and vegetables in piles. I will not be making this a frequent stop of mine on grocery day. Very nasty and actually lost all appetite and enthusiasm for getting my shopping taken care of. As a single parent I only have certain windows of opportunity for getting my shopping done and this trip was a total waste. Thanks Fresh Thyme..

I like the store over all but the bakery my store in Beavercreek sucks! I called in to order some cranberry oatmeal cookies and of course when I go to pick them up they made raisin oatmeal cookies so I told them I didnt want them. Then the lady goes and talks to the manager about it and he discovers that my cookies just came out of the oven so Im thinking ok great!...only problem was they were pretty much black! Heres an idea for Fresh Thyme. Hire some people in your bakery that know how to bake things!

Amazing produce and meat! Very good quality, amazing prices. I love the double an Wednesdays to take advantage of both sales flyers. Service is fantastic, the staff is very friendly and always willing to help. One time, I needed shrimp and all they had were raw easy peel shrimp, but I didnt have time to peel them that day (short on time) and they offered to peel them for me while I finished my shopping.

I have been to several Fresh Thymes and this by far was my best experience! The employees couldnt have been friendlier, everything was stocked, and it was very clean. My fiance and I will continue to travel the hour and ten minutes every time for this store. We live in Indiana and the closest store is about an hour from us, but with the experience we had last night, we wont go anywhere else!

Great place to get fresh and healthy food. It is a little pricey sometimes and most of the food is organic. Seeing as its my closest grocery store, I wish they had more non-organic food and household goods; Id rather not pay $4 for a roll of toilet paper if I run out. Their deli has a variety of fresh breads and they have a large selection of sandwiches they make at the counter.

Love this place. I am here, literally, every day! They have a wonderful salad bar and a vast variety of soups as well. The sushi bar is excellent. Made fresh every day! But thats not all!! The staff is always happy and inviting, and the produce and meat are fresh and cheaper than Kroger or Meijer. Love this place, and will continue to shop here for all my grocery needs.

Fresh and a more personal/down-to-earth feel than big chains. Plus a focus on natural and organic products. Sometimes a little pricier than Kroger or elsewhere. But they make up for it with their selection. If they had a discount program that made me feel like Im getting a good deal (like Kroger card or mperks) Id be inclined to give 5/5, but as their prices stand 4/5.

everything is extremelt overpriced comparing to whole foods market, or even organic section at kroger. for an example, 16 oz coconut water from Harmless Harvest is 4.99 everywhere else, but its 6.49 at this location. Product brands are also terrible.Would rather drive an extra 15 mins to Whole Foods Market than shop here. Need a major improvement in the future.

This store manages to pack a nice selection into a modestly sized space, along with excellent service and quality goods. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a shopping bag that included a donation to support mens health with purchase, giving me one more reason to want to shop at this store.

Love this place! Items can get a little pricey but the produce is super reasonable. The staff are amazing and treat you like family. I come here when I want something that is safe and natural to eat, plus they have a lot of unique items you cant find anywhere else. Huge selection!

Not a family friendly grocery store. The prices werent bad. However the manager followed me and my children throughout our whole shopping excursion. The other shoppers were rude as well. Kids were not welcome here. The only friendly person was the cashier. Will not be returning.

Great place with a decent selection. My kids love visiting the "tractor store" and trying to find their constantly moving little tractor for a prize! Its also nice that they offer free pieces of fruit for the kids when you first enter the store.

I usually go here about once a week; their double coupon Wednesdays are a penny saver! The employees will treat you like family and Ive made friends with several of them! Great grocery store with more to offer than a genetic chain grocery.

Great place very affordable produce and peanutt butter you wont be sorry you shopped here. Things like alfredo sauce or few certain dairy alternatives can be a little pricy but its way cheaper than whole foods

Fresh fruit, meat, and vegetables at good prices. They have weekly sale prices that run Wednesday to Wednesday. On Wednesday, you get the current week and the new week also.

For a pseudo-hippy grocery store this place is pretty decently priced. Great variety, too. Kind of a compromise between a Kroger and a Trader Joes. Great stuff.
