KITCHEN/Restaurant review: The biscuits and gravy are to die for. Vegetarians and meat eaters alike will delight! Its vegetarian, not vegan, so they have eggs and dairy. The banh mi is also heavenly. With a Steigl (grapefruit beer). Also surprisingly affordable!! A+++ But dont take the table by the window, because thats ours. ;) ;)

Bread and Roses is a great place to get local products. They even make their own line of nut butters that are ground using a bicycle! B&R also makes hummus, "bars," kombucha, slice-n-bake cookies, and more. Everyone who works there is very helpful and friendly. You should definitely stop by and check it out if youve never been.

The people at B&R are amazingly friendly. The selection isnt all that great yet, but the prices are comparable to other health food stores, and to the chain stores that sell the same products.
