Poor customer service and the associates are not knowledgeable, if they are knowledgeable, they wouldnt share the wealth of knowledge with me. The prices are also above average. You will get a better deal, and a higher quality of service, at the Vitamin Shoppe across the street. Honestly, the only thing I can see this place has going for it is the mom-and-pop feel... Im assuming its locally owned, which would explain the outdated interior, but in a locally-owned shop you would expect the service to well be above par. The impression that I received overall was that the associates didnt care.

Bought a probiotic here and when I opened it the seal was partially pealed back and broken. On the top of the jar it still had the sticker from Health Foods of Rochester and the price, however I had not saved my receipt. The manager refused to do anything about it even though she acknowledged it was from her store. I will not be going here again and I have bought vitamins here for over four years.

I have never had such awful customer service! Usually in a vitamin/health food store you encounter friendly people who want to help. The young (and old) women here act like theyre doing you a favor. Very arrogant and aloof. Back to Whole Foods and Trader Joes!

really upset. went in to buy collegen for skin and the woman sold me collagen 2 which is for joints. it cost me 23$! my fault for not doing homework. surprised to have been misled.
