This is the worst micheals of all time. I have never been in here and seen enough staff, or staff willing to be helpful. The check out line is always ridiculously long no matter if its a Saturday afternoon or week day. I have left this store frustrated more than I have been able to be a satisfied customer. Dont waste your time, there are better micheals.

Its not that I hate Michaels, its the people that work there that make the store horrible. The employees are so rude and disrespectful. Not all of them, but I think twice before I go there because I dont know if I will encounter someone with an attitude

Took my mom here when she was visiting me to buy yarn for a few small projects. She didnt like that one specific yarn she got but there were a lot of choices. She enjoyed shopping here and asked me to take her to other Michaels shops in the future.

This store has everything when it comes to art and craft supplies. The service was okay as many of them were busy stocking. I did not find what I was looking for and what I was in did not buy because it was not well made.
